Doesn't surprise me.
Similarly tonight a 'Community Responder (whatever that is?) Vehicle' was driven at a speed & in a manner likely to actually cause casualties...no blue lights & even stopped at a red light...but drove dangerously IMO - & I drive a lot as part of my job!
