players could sue holdings (1 Viewer)

I know we await the administrators verdict but under the ethical working legislation we now have in the UK I believe that if SISU are unsuccessful and refuse to allow players to play for CCFC given contract title claim then they may well be prosecutable for discrimination and that this would potentially lead to breach of contract and cases for unfair dismissal.

definitely but it has been rolling round in my head since a conversation I had and sometimes I just have to get these things down to flesh them out.

Unless the sue the football league for not giving holdings the golden share and say its constructive dismissal?

It wouldnt surprise me to discover that the contracts are supposed to be held by ltd. Quite frankly after Mondays debacle i dont think anyone at SISU actually knows what goes where. TF s wife probably has to remind him that the picture of Finn and Jake on his underwear has to go at the front.
