you need to down load this sofware pmsl,http://www.fmscout.com/a-fm_modifier_fm2008.html

after you install it run fm2008 then run the fmm software then hit load the type in cov you can heel team club info set the cash 999999990 transfer money150000000 wages 16million even put you can even set it up as the ricoh holds 100k pmsl
