Please post your prediction of how you think the whole SISU v ACL/administration/takeover will play out between now and the start of the L1 campaign and perhaps in the year ahead.

It's just your idea on what the most likely outcome of the current fiasco is...not what you would like to happen.

OK my prediction:

The Golden share will be found to be in the CCFC Ltd meaning that SISU & Preston Haskell IV will both want to acquire the business. SISU will absolutely not want to let someone else buy it as their debts are substantial and they would not accept a CVA (say 30p offered for each £1 of debt)...so they will be forced to pay off the £1.3m to ACL and accept a new rental contact from ACL in an embarrassing U-turn. Embarrassing as it will be similar to what they were offered before the administration and they could have settled before and avoided the 10 point deduction and legal costs. SISU will then close the CCFC Ltd business and transfer (legally) everything to CCFC (Holdings) and will start again with a business that still owes £millions but only to its only stable of companies and with a rental agreement that makes it easier to meet the Fair Finance rules for L1 and (hopefully) higher divisions in due course. The club will have exited administration without a CVA and the FL will take a dim view of this as it all seems like 'skulduggery' and SISU will have been deemed to be trying to evade the FL regulations and the club will be hit with another 10 point deduction in 2013-14 meaning another season of avoiding relegation with the result being another mid table L1 finish and L1 football in 2014-15 too. Preston Haskell IV's bid will not be accepted and will come to nothing.

Just a prediction...not what I would want.

Yep, SISU will have planned for this eventuality and will still own the club in some form at the start of next season.

All I hope is that the uncertainty is removed ASAP and we can start looking at a squad for next season.

OK I will lay down an extreme outlier so the rest of you can pitch your prediction inside a bit.
Golden share will be in CCFC but the Admin will discover, let's call them, discrepancies. The FL will call in its lawyers and in a year, after much court wrangling and international negative press for the FA and FL they, under pressure from UEFA and FIFA, will remove the golden share and player registrations from CCFC and the club will be liquidated. The Phoenix club will be given special dispensation to start again in the Conference. The new club will be sponsored by money supermarket.com and will play rent free at the newly named City of Coventry Arena.

If some can see a more positive outcome and explain how it might come about: please share.

I'm an optimist by nature so I know we'll be ok in the long term :)

You predict we'll receive some season ticket information then? I guess everyone will buy with a credit card for the protection from liquidation...

I don't know Ampthill. It's just so sad!

CCFC when I was a kid were in the top division, my family knew a lot of players and ex-players (my nan used to provide digs for the youth players).

We were at Highfield Road and there was a life soul and heartbeat. SISU have ripped ALL of it out, they have ruined our club and I don't think they have finished yet. I think there is more to come from them I just can't see us getting rid of them, although I can't see what is in it for them?!

Maybe there is an element of spite/pride/arrogance about their next move?

Golden share is in limited
Haskell buys the clubs
Buys 100% of the Ricoh
Sky Blue Trust given 20% of club
Land around the Ricoh starts seeing resturants and entertainment venues spring up
Steady investment in the team
We go unbeaten and charge to the title
Every home game the weather is 20 degrees
We go on a JPT run and beat Crewe in the area final 6-0 on aggregate
Sisu take over crisis stricken Leicester

Why would or indeed should 20% be given to the SBT for free? Surely the WHOLE POINT of the SBT (they kept pretending this for a year) they were LAST RESORT! Surely the right thing would be for fans to buy into the club!

Even the swansea group put in 100k! surely we need people there who have at least made some financial investment - and spare me they MIGHT have ST - That is an insult to all the other ST holders!

If the SBT have arbitrarily decided they now want to be directors (something they ABSOLUTELY DENIED WHEN THEY WERE FORMED AND ATTACKED ANYONE WHO DARED TO SUGGEST THIS WAS WHAT THEY WERE AIMING FOR BTW!!!!!) THEN THEY SHOULD FUCKING WELL PAY FOR THE PRIVILEGE!!!!!

It is denying a board position to someone who could either inject money OR is more likely to have knowledge / access to people with real money who they could convince to get involved with the club!

It is an ABSOLUTE BETRAYAL BY THE SBT that all of a sudden they EXPECT a FREE place on the board!

NO WONDER CWR ARE COSYING UP TO THESE SCUMBAGS

I think you should read the start of this thread, it was started asking what others think would actually happen in the end, individuals own points own points of view.
Jacoskyblue has said what he thinks will happen, yet you have gone off on a tangent.

No one at the Trust has ever asked, requested or even suggested that the TRust (the fans) own 20% of the club, that was put forward as a possibility by another party.

All we want is what's best for the supporters and the future of the football club.

Marvellous rant and all that, but (rashly) assuming that it was meant to be a serious post, could you please explain why the SBT having a place on the Board would "deny a position to someone who could either inject money OR is more likely to have knowledge / access to people with real money who they could convince to get involved with the club!".

Do you believe that there is a set number of Board places, or is there some other reason?

The Golden Share will be found in ccfc ltd. of that i'm certain. Ccfc is then up for grabs. PHIV is in the mix as is sisu, you must remember they do not own ccfc ltd anymore. But is there anybody else ? There might be. They can all make their bids to the administrator and it is he who decides who is best to take the business forward and it is not nesceserily the highest bidder. Hoffman & Elliott i believe are confident if the share is in ccfc ltd.

One big thing is any buyer and that includes sisu has to pass the "fit and proper" persons test by the Football League and this is a lot stricter than it used to be, this is where i think sisu have a problem, they have a history of not abiding by the rules by not forwarding the accounts on time a number of times, putting ccfc ltd into administration will have to be taken into account as will there accumilating a debt of £60million . This also has to be taken into account by the administrator who also has to reveal how and why he has come to his decision.

After all the crap Portsmouth have gone through the final deal that secured their Trusts success was settled out of court with others including the last owner. I think it depends where this Share is that dictates who has the upper hand.

Correct. Psgm1 you have had a rant on a tangential theme...please answer the thread question and start a different thread to slag off the SBT.

Intriguing...but is it a fact that buying CCFC Ltd with the golden share and tenancy agreement is akin to buying the football club as it won't include the players contracts... As they are in CCFC (H) Ltd.

Ccfc ltd with the Golden Share IS the football club according to the Football League of that i am certain as was told to me by a main player recently. I believe the whereabouts of this share is known, i also believe atleast one of the main players have good contacts within the FL and timed their move armed with certain knowledge. The date set by the administrator to reveal his findings i think is the 19th of May which is after the seasons end other than play-off finals this may be significant when it comes to players, their contracts and what happens to them.

Prince you are a fool.
You know nothing.
Where is your saviour Gary Hoffman now

Blah blah blah blah

Sound familiar

Yep sounds like 5 years ago to me.

I wouldn't get ahead of myself if I was you. As you seem the takeover expert what did they say about terms of ownership regarding the stadium?

Any deal is not going to be for the football club alone.

Go and listen next time they do a talk.
You can be an expert then as well.

Are you quite sure there wasn't anything more recent that you might have overlooked???:whistle:

Not any acceptable offers no

Acceptable offers??

We understand that Hoffman's previous offer was £1. Since that time, according to TF, SISU have "invested" many more millions into the club and are now left with a business that, again according to TF, would have to be put into liquidation in the absence of a better rent deal from ACL (which could, at most have been worth a couple of hundred thousand per year), doesn't that make £1 seem rather over generous??

Yes that would seem a likely outcome. The thing I can't get my head around though is; what is their plan? CCC & ACL won't touch em with a ten foot pole so where do they go from here? From a business point of view, what's the point?

I can only hypothesise that if SISU retain ownership they will have to continue chipping away at ACL to 'buy in' to the Ricoh ownership. It does seem unlikely that a deal with SUSU be struck though (ref: PWKH and the balloon).

SISU have only got one priority left: How can we get out AND get all of our money if not more, back out.

Anyone feel that their prediction for the outcome has altered with today's confirmation that the golden share is with CCFC ltd....or is this not new news?
