Plus they sold there main striker Omar Bogle in January, sell your main man expect a slump in form. Only need to look at Carlisle selling Charlie Wyke to Bradford to see it don't work out well.

I don't personally hate the man, just find it gut wrenchingly sad that parasites like Fisher, Venus and Slade have infested my club. Wish we had just sacked Slade after the Bristol Rovers game - also would of given him a helping hand on his valiant attempt to be the first manager to be sacked 3 times in a season!

The appointment didn't work out at all, and he took us from being in the shit state of the relegation zone, to being diasterously marooned at the bottom of it.
I still think there are many more parties accountable besides him, but still, the only thing I heard in the pub garden on Saturday was a load of middle aged blokes singing some song along the lines of 'Russell Slade is a nonce'.

I agree. My second eldest lad has been a STH for years. I used to do the occasional away game with them when he was a baby. Including when the roof was falling on us at WBA in high winds and they wouldn't let us move until HT. We didn't watch the game. We looked up waiting for the next bit of roof to come down
Proper family club. But they have had some strange managers over the years. The name escapes me ATM but once their star striker Mendonca had his head cut open when their manager threw a football boot in a rage after a defeat.
