I saw the replay and him in a ln awful lot of pain on the ground.

You just don't expect to see a player fighting for his life on a football pitch.

Fingers crossed he will be okay.

Hopefully this is just the Mirror with their clickbait shite. No other news outlet is reporting anything other than he's in hospital and there's no comment from the club or hospital.

If it isn't true and something they've made up for clicks then its pretty low.

In any case best wishes to Ryan Mason, was the sort of thing that could happen in any game. Nothing malicious in it at all, just two players going for the same ball.

Shit seriously, watched it earlier and it looked bad, but didn't realise it was so serious

Good luck to the lad. Hopefully he can make a full recovery with no long term health issues.

Sensible of Hull to get a statement out. Still a terrible injury obviously but in hospital and stable is much more positive than it was being reported as.
