Sony Making us pay for PS3 Online ? (1 Viewer)

Aparantly Sony is looking at a subscription plan so PS3 users have to pay for an online service which quite frankly never been upto par anyways.

I definately won't be paying for PS3 online, at least not until significant changes have been made, don't get me wrong i love my PS3 but Sony you are putting a large amount of people off.

What do you guys think ?

I have never played on the PS3 online but they were missing out on money that Microsoft were making by charging for online play so I guess they want a bit of the action now.

I have heard that Ps3 online is nowhere near the same as Xbox Live!

Nah Ps3 online is not anywhere near as good as 360 but its sorta got better.
I don't agree with it though, whats next paying to play PC games online ?
If you pay like £40 for a game it should be free online.

But if they know people will pay it, they will charge it!

Unless in the description when you bought the PS3 it says Free Online Gaming? Then you might be able to complain
