That's a pretty tight curve for a high-speed train. Probably operator error. Hope they tested him/her for impairment.

It's incredible that the train fell onto the freeway below and that had lots of traffic and no-one from any of the vehicles on the road was killed.

It sounds like the one in Croydon I think it was where the guy fell asleep and hammered it into a corner :(

The stats on this are throwing me.
78 on board, 3 dead, 72-3 in hospital.
Seems so many carriages to accomodate that number.
Without wishing to make light of others misfortune, the two guys featured on BBC news this morning must feeling like Bruce Willis in Unbreakable.

I haven't seen much about it, was it at the end of the route so most had got off?
