Transferring Player Registrations (1 Viewer)

Is there a suggestion in all of this that one company has transferred player registrations to another company, or have I got that wrong?

If this has happened I thought there were rules against it. The Premier League banned third party ownership of players 08/09 season. I presume the Football League take the same approach, but cannot find their ruling.

Can anyone enlighten me on this at all?

I guess that SISU would argue that even though the registrations were moved into a different company, they were still subject to the same ultimate "ownership".

I am worried though, that this could come back to bite us.

I thought about that too Tommy, but if they were to argue that then surely that puts their whole stance into jeopardy. Their whole legal argument seems to maintain that there are 2 very separate companies, they can't have it both ways.
