He just needs to get his head down and improve his game, he is only 20. Best option go out on loan to a league two side.

How is he terrible? He's never been given a consistent run of games, he's got ability he just needs someone to back him. I'd rather develop Haynes than some 20 year old from West Ham.

He's not league 1 standard - why would you develop someone who's a league two player at best.

Shouldn't have had Armstrong last season - need to develop George Thomas.
