I'm more bothered about the reason behind their deaths than the daubing, to be frank...yes, it's unsavoury and opportunistic, but I doubt the sentiments daubed are far wrong.

Also, why let kids that close to a dead whale? I wouldn't want my daughters even looking at something so horrible and tragic.
