Dunno. I don't think he'd currently get in our starting line up. Had also missed a lot of football since he left us.

We need at least 1 centre back, an experienced goalkeeper and another striker before you even started looking at the area we already have a plethora of decent players.

gives us an option left wing.. murphy can play left or right.., and lets be honest mowbray dont think obrien can play 2 games in a week... and murphy can be brilliant one game then poor the next so would be a good option to have!

Moussa would work well in THIS team!

exactly correct
never liked his non defensive play, but fuck me he ripped defenses to shreds

tm has 6 defensive minded players and 4 forwards that arent required to do those duties, moussa and baker struggled in the style of play SP provided, they couldnt defend for shit, and made them marmite players , even with the goals and assists

moussa would work in this team, he wouldnt come back tho so not worth using up the loan when we need hard man up front and in defense

Kent got in our team and Moussa is better than Kent

Based on form from 2 years ago. Hardly played since he left us, so we have no idea what kind of fitness or form he has.

I wouldn't say no if it's a loan deal.

(Wasn't picking on your post :))

Its a fair point to say he might not be as good now so he may no longer be better than Kent but we also know Mowbray likes rotating the front 4 and he doesn't have a settled 3 that play behind Armstrong every match so to say he wouldn't get in the first team is something I disagree with.

He'd be given a fair crack of the whip in the first team like Kent, JOB, Lameiras, Murphy, Cole, Maddison have all done this season

Fair enough, with the rotation he would get a game, I'm not convinced he would be in the first 3 behind Armstrong.

My personally feeling is Mowbrays going to have to stop rotating so much and fall back to a settled and preferred attack and give them a sustained run (injuries aside). Yes you want to keep it fresh but it also doesn't give the players time to get into some form, build an understanding together, etc.

I suppose it just makes me laugh, are all other teams supporters like this? Wr always seem to want our old players back.

Can't see how he'd fit in the team, either...maybe as cover across midfield, I dunno. His fitness or lack thereof is another highlighted issue, but he'd be a useful addition in the long term.

Moussa had the best spell of his career with us.

It's also the only spell where he's impersonated a footballer.

We need to move forward, not look back.
