Tenner says they knew about it and knew the csf / wasps offers were just a front.
Am I reading this wrong but even with this clause, they can still negotiate having the academy it just can't be a tenure for more than 7 years. After say 5-6 years could a new further lease be negotiated?

people think SISU are just going to hand the club over to wasps and walk away, you couldn't make it up.
Imagine explaining that to your investors.

I can't imagine that they're having an easy time explaining any of this to investors. They've battered no one in court and took a battering themselves. They have been out played in their own game repeatedly and when they did put money in to try and gain premier league status their choice of people they trusted with that investment were less than inadequate.

I can't imagine for one moment that CCFC sits at the top of any of SISU's investment portfolios. It's probably hidden somewhere in the middle and they quickly skip past it mumbling something incoherent before quickly changing the subject.

Yes, the club being ruined is nigh. Meanwhile fans can be happy that SISU have been done over, but our club is ruined.

Very strange.

Can think of nothing else remotely positive in this. So, SISU suffering for steering us up shit creek without a paddle is indeed the only thing to be happy about. The rest is an unbelievable catastrophy.

CCFC will be run by the people who own ACL. In the championship
One guess why they would do it.

Well that will be something to look forward to, seeing what a fucking superb job they did of the last thing they had to run.

Yeah, but you were going on about us playing an away fixture against Nuneaton in League 2 weren't you as well?

At this point in this debate, no I wasn't or do you mean when we were fighting relegation from division 3 to division 4?

If it is true that Wasps don't want SISU at the Ricoh.
If it is true that they don't want them at the academy
If SISU were lying about building their own stadium and they can't afford it or won't pay for it.
If I were them I can genuinely only see one option.
Get the team into the championship so Wasps see the potential success achieves with the fan base.
Then offer the Golden share as an investment into a business ran by the people bankrolling Wasps and they run it as a joint venture at the Ricoh.
SISU negotiate staged returns on their investment and hope to god Wasps can get CCFC into the premiership.
I struggle to see any other solution if the start of this thread is correct of course

Dunno mate, on the face of it you would think that was the case. However, they surely wouldn't bring it up if there wasn't a reason that causes some distress to the club/SISU.

Maybe the FA have some kind of rule that says you must have a 10 year tenancy or summit?

But you replied to my comment which said the football club would be run by the people who own ACL?
Yes I did. What I'm saying is that why would people be happy with ACL running a complex beast like a football club? They fucked up running a stadium before (despite people telling us to the contrary) and have no experience at all as they don't run Wasps.

Plus they have shown they have even less morals than SISU - and that takes some beating.

Wasps have been telling porkies in there statements. You are right..they very well know what the deal is with the Higgs centre and legal clauses. Otherwise why spend money on developing plans for a £7m facility?

This whole debacle is shocking.

Wasps are working with Higgs and the council to kill CCFC.

The Alan Higgs Centre
Allard Way CV3 1HW
Located in the South East of Coventry. The Centre opened in 2004, and it specialises in providing football, outdoor sports facilities and nature activities.

The idea of the other poll was to try and either get a compromise or force Wasps to admit they don't want us if that is the case.
From what PWKH is saying on here there is no compromise regarding the academy and as he used to do on here before he got too much abuse, telling us exactly what he thinks.
So you can do a poll if you like but I suggest you choose a different question.

Whose land is this? I thought CCC's are there covenants on it as with BPA?

Liquidation means sale of assets

This will simply not happen IMO - liquidation would mean instant revoking of golden share. And whilst it doesn't have a monetary value itself, it is really the only 'asset' the club has.

SISU don't give a shit about how much damage CCC, Higgs and Wasps do to the club. These people aren't hurting SISU they are hurting the football club. They will hold onto the club while legal action is ongoing, once they've got no more appeals left they will probably liquidate us.

I am sure he has said much worse.
That's makes the abuse he received okay then? Perhaps you should have an abuse given count so we all know who it is okay in your book to give abuse to?

Seppella and fisher I would think have has more abuse on here that the self satisfied Peter Wyndham Knatchbull-hugerson.

Please don't try and defend him on here.

Hang on, a minute a go you and Nick liked a post from Grendel suggestion this is all about forcing a change of ownership.
If it's not Wasps then who.
I would still approach Wasps if I was SISU and offer the golden share in exchange for a share in business as a silent partner.
ABS - Anyone But Sisu

The last bit is laughable. Wasps ain't interested.
