Can people stop fighting each other !!! (7 Viewers)

I for one like to think i am one of the many of the most loyal supporters of this club. I also try and focus mainly on the playing side of our club rather than get involved with all the shit connected with the club in recent years, however it is saddening me that some of our supporters find the need to slag others off and row with each other over stuff that is not needed. At the end of the day we are all sky blues at heart and we all need to stick together as a fan base not tear each other apart.

The fact of the matter is although i try not to get racked up with all the off field matters the club has clearly been shat on, by owners, by the owners of the higgs, by the council and by wasps. My personal view is that i lay most of the blame to two parties at SISU as well as the Council as they both played their part in destroying things. At the minute the Council in my view are to blame for most of the goings on with the academy with help from wasps and the higgs, as they look hell bent in trying to do anything to uproot or harm SISU forgetting the damage it might do to our club. However i do not forget about all the things SISU have done to us in the past exemplified by the whole Northampton saga. I blame the same two parties equally for the mess we now face with the Ricoh and the uncertainty with where we will be playing in two years however i am confident that we will get a longer deal there eventually.

At this moment my personal opinion is that i do not forget all the bad that SISU have caused to us at the club i do think that they have gotten better as owners. I think they are actually trying to get out the league, and giving the club not lots but sufficient investment so that Tony Mowbray is able to get who he wants, which is what i can see as the club has actually gone and bought a few players, as well as bought in some promising players. To an extent they are even trying to deal with the ticketing issues online with ticket master. They are not perfect with still not being lets say the most pro-active with academy issues which is annoying but have fought against it in little spells which im sure they will do more of, because as far as i can see thats where the club gets investment from. Theres also issues with posting season tickets and things with the club shop but all in all i think they listen more to an extent and have become to start and run the club in a better manner although i think they still need to improve in certain areas like communication over the academy and what they are doing to try and sort it for instance. I will also add that the council have done nothing but become worse and as i said seem hell bent to harm the club whatever happens to us just because of our owners, which is a petty stance to take and completely wrong IMHO. The wasps are what they are another franchise club who look after themselves, and are also harming the club with the academy issues just because its cheaper for them like wise with higgs who want the investment from wasps. so all in all i think our owners are getting better but still need to improve however at this certain time i dont see the council doing us any favours, and only have eyes to kill SISU and dont think about what they are doing to the club.

We as fans need to stick together for us as a club. Owners and council members aren't there forever but we will always be there. Im sick of seeing people get angry because a section of the crowd are not singing SISU out or they dont have the same view or something stupid. People pay to come to games, if you want to shout SISU out then do so, if you dont, then dont. I've also seen on Facebook people slating others for not standing up and chanting, its there choice for goodness sake, they've paid to get in and they are supporting just not in the same way you choose to, doesn't make them any less of a fan just means they dont want to stand for 90 minutes or want to relax during the game others want to chant and create atmosphere which is great and i am one of those but they are all there for CCFC and you need t stop slating them. Also people need to understand all sides are to blame, yes SISU definitely are to blame in the past but at this point i cant see them doing much wrong, lets just try and get behind the team and concentrate on doing well on the pitch as a fan base and as supporters and stop all the mindless bickering and arguing, and slagging off of one another and enjoy our team that we all support because no organisation are stronger than the fan base when we are together, PUSB !!!!!!!

Have just cleaned this up (including my own posts, sorry!)

Can it be kept on topic as to how it was meant! Ideally ideas on how everybody can do stuff so they agree (pro ccfc rather than hate!)

(yes, that does include me)

It isn't just about my views, it was just removing the fighting from a thread titled stop fighting each other ;)

People are more than welcome to have views, keep it on the topic of the thread or at least slightly related to it or make their own thread.

Really ?
Unable to score in first three games and worst start in god knows how many years.
Academy talks on hold waiting for a letter.
Crowds running at an all time low.
Other than that they are perfect.

Are SISU playing up front then?

so in a thread titled can we stop fighting we didn't even get to ten posts before the fighting started!

Unfortunately the OP said he can't see what Sisu are doing wrong now so it was never going to escape a debate.
In fact it's just another "I hate Sisu, but" thread.

to be honest if i won the big one on the euro lottery i would buy SISU out just to get them out of our hair because thats the only way they are going to go and there is no sugar daddy out there for CCFC - were stuck with what we have got and our souls will constantly walk this earth when we leave this mortal coil

I thought the same till last year, then realised that there are numerous loop holes in which SISU would have ways to keep their claws into CCFC. in some way or other. We're f**ked mate, simple as that.

It would have to be a huge / silly amount on the euros to make me want to consider it.

There are much better ways to piss away tens of millions.

I am convinced we will win a promotion in the next few years, either from 1st to Championship or 2nd to first following a another relegation.
That will probably be the hi-light of the rest of my football supporting life so when it happens I'm going to milk the fucker for all it's worth!

Don't think I'd pay £50M for something worth < £2M

I sort of feel lucky having supported since we got promoted in 1967 to the top division and staying there for 35 years.
Anybody younger than 20 years of age have never seen us where we really should be and are unlikely too for many years to come. Sad really.

That's the issue, "really should be". We have no right to say we should be here or should be there.

The city size doesn't make any difference.
Why does size of the City matter?

Disregarding sugar daddies, It's all down to attendances, particularly getting through the Championship where income is crucial.
In the majority of cases those staying longer in the premier League have higher attendances.
To obtain those attendances you need the catchment area.

I know what you mean ! However if i won an obscene amount like 110 million i would give a shite about 50 mill and it would give me more pleasure to wave SISU bye bye than actually have it stuck in bank gathering no bloody interest. We can all dream i suppose though and as my dear lady says we will never win the lottery as long as we have an hole in our arses.

I'm not into business shennanigans so please excuse my naivety but if SUSU refuse to sell, what is stopping another buyer coming in on a hostile takeover ?
