This is getting similar to when Thorn was in charge, it seemed like many enjoy the lack of winning football to gave an excuse to moan about sisu
Well funny how when questioned about what sisu have done for our club, I seem to remember posters like yourself saying bringing in Mowbray.
For all the managers we have had in the last 10 seasons only one thing remains the same..........

The next excuse after Mowbrays gone will be.
well it is not his team.
give them a pre season with his own signings.
well with crowds like this what do you expect
No pie money to pay wages.
Mowbrays not been my favourite manager but I seriously see nothing changing when he's gone.
same restraints any decent player sold and only getting their 3rd or 4th choice player.
Groundhog day...................

It is very much like it, people have questioned his tactical decisions for months (not shouting get him out) and then more and more people start noticing them.

Today, the "We want SISu out" chants seemed to pipe up as our midfield was overrun.
Well I never sang it once.

Maybe we need to find a manager who finds realistic players then.

I could be a league 1 manager and look at the championship top scorers list and say I want the top 3 and cry when I can't get them.

Indeed. Sickboy was one of the posters who would jump on you if you thought that TM was anything less a premier league manager and we should all be bowing down to SISU for delivering a messiah.

No. We've tried to get an experienced top league manager who ultimately cannot adjust to league one.

Unlike you I go to a the home games - I seriously think this brand of football is not only losing football it's also dull.

People will not watch it. Sisu bought in robins the only manager to be poached in 60 years. Does that make them good at selection or lucky then? Probably the latter.

They've recruited a manage who shops at waitrose and now has to shop at Aldi. He's out his comfort zone and it's showing.

I'm not one for anti-SISU chants or demos - as much as we all want them to they're going nowhere. And for SISU to go, someone has to come in. There is no-one. Despite what someone's brother's, cat's dog heard from a barman in the casino.

Again, what will sacking Mowbray now achieve? Seems some people aren't happy unless we're sacking a manager every 18 months. Even though long term it never improves our results. Still, the tide is turning on him now. Here we go again.

So a top league manager is someone who failed with Celtic in one of the easiest leagues in the world and failed at championship level with a decent budget before joining us? You're still trying to big up his credentials to polish SISU's balls even now while slating him. Talk about having your cake and eating it.

Personally I'm not too surprised at where we are but then I look at the bigger picture so that's hardly surprising. It's the cycle we're in that needs to change and that cycle is being peddled from the top.

Appoint who you like. Ultimately nothing will change long term. We'll probably dodge relegation this season and hit it next. That's the cycle we're on.

Well that was fucking awful we haven't played any of the so called better teams yet and we still haven't won a game .8000 there today 500 on free tickets they won't be coming back. TM bangs on about physicality and starts with the two big lumps on the bench then brings on two light weights how long has Tudgay been our main man at number 10 he never played him last year I do think TM has lost the plot,to slow to predictable I'm fucking pissed off with that shit I watched today something is seriously wrong at ccfc and I don't just mean SISU.

Interesting. So we didn't sacks managers before these toxic owners and always for the appointments right. Ok.

The way they play is dull and that was one of the worst games I gave been to, Mowbray has wasted his budget, it is refreshing to see Stevenson who at least looks forward, Lamieries was a waste of a substitution, Tudgay and Sordell are not strikers who want to score or even stop in the middle they both drift about.

I try not to agree wit Grendel too often but I have to agree with most of this, the last bit though he usually shops at Waitrose and tried to shop at Asda when he should have been looking at Aldi.

I like mowbray also and really thought he was the man for us but he has royally cocked up this summer and that's playing out now. So for me forget all the dodgy subs and tactics and look back to pre season and the signings we made or lack of and then panic buying young loan players on the last day. That's what is playing out now not because we played jones in midfield.

TM fucked up the summer and blew the budget. Now we know why. He went for decent players and fair play but it has backed fired when he was better off getting in good old pros for this league and tactically setting us up right. Instead we not only lost out of on championship players but had to settle for young loan players to score goals and run the team. It's a joke. If you score 3 goals in 8 games there is a reason. You are not good enough.

Cba to waste time evaluating today too much.

But Bigi was MOTM, notable mention for RCC few cracking saves especially that one 2nd half he must have seen late.
Sordells wide play and a couple of crosses were superb.

Side notes- shame to see an away shirt playing in a home kit of blue v the 'Sky Blues' hate seeing us wearing white at home.

Also appalling refereeing when Sterry was very clearly out cold he saw it was pointing at it and allowed Oldham to finish their attack put the ball over the bar before calling for medical assistance.

We are in big big trouble more concerning side is trying but just not good enough. Bottom of the league on merit.

The football was non descript, it had no personality or fluidity at all, just poor end product. Something should change, keeping the status quo will mean more games like this. A lucky point.

To go with the other 3 lucky home
Points we've gained v sides unable to finish a couple of clear cut chances

No Tony you are not. Right about what? Did you bother to turn up today?

The worst thing about today was our gloating fans...there's a bloke that sits near me in block 21 who said to his mate after two minutes 'I don't know who any of them are this season so I can't even lay into them'

thing is, he was a paying customer today. Many have walked away and this "gloating fan" could well be the next.

Not saying they are all right, but I remain to be convinced that fans paying to watch ccfc are the worst thing about today

The worst thing about today is the league table caused by what happens on the pitch, not by any fan in the stand

I read the starting line up today and thought, fuck me he's got it right finally with the formation. Would have picked one of the loanee strikers with Sordell but hey lets give this a go. 5 mins in and it's clear Tudgay is so deep he's playing in midfield. Throw in the half time sub, Jones through the middle, the correction that meant we couldn't change it up front and the bizarre after match comments then I think he's a dead man walking.

Without wanting to sound like Mowbray, I'm not arsed by the league table at this stage. I'm pissed off that we're not scoring goals or penetrating teams but we've shown that we can be solid and control games and providing we can find a cutting edge, we'll start climbing the table quickly. This is our current problem-not the fact that we're bottom of the league after eight games.

So for me the worst thing is not the league table, it is the fans that turned up champing at the bit to moan and practically giving themselves an aneurysm within fifteen minutes (which incidentally, was our brightest period of the game).

Why do these people come? Why would anyone want to spend their leisure time getting so pent up and angry at every misplaced pass or chance conceded?

It's creates such a toxic atmosphere and undoubtedly is part of the reason our teams are always so brittle.

There are many other reasons too but we have to play our part in creating a positive and forgiving atmosphere for this squad of talented young players to blossom into a good team.

This particular pair also spent the afternoon laughing at how wrong they were about Murphy last season now he's scoring regularly in the championship after ripping him to shreds relentlessly last year.

Look, I know what you're saying and there is always he paying customer argument...but...

Did he contribute to helping the team win today? No. He came baring his teeth ready to 'lay into them' and gladly did so even if the periods we were on top.

We are clearly not responsible for the demise of our great club over the last thirty years BUT we are the only constant in this period and there are so many fans that are just waiting to moan (I notice this more having moved away).

I know we're hard done by and are starved of success but we should be doing everything we can to make our stadium a place where talented young players can thrive and I think actually our supporters are so pissed off they make our stadium a place where talented young players feel scared.

So yes, he is a paying customer and entitled to feel aggrieved but if anyone should be putting aside personal issues for the greater good of the club it should be us, the fans

Today was sh1t we had 58% of the play how much of that was spent in our own half we may not be top the league but we can top it for passing back we can turn attack into defence better than anyone why isn't Stevenson on from the start he thinks forward looks for players ahead of him balance was far better when he was on sorry but jones looks as though he has only got one trick and teams have worked him out Tudgay to old The.defence passable, tactics poor and MOM got be RCC .Must also say from where I sit most of the match T M did not seem interested not very emotional rarely moved from seat between 60 and 80 minutes therefore either it was boring him as much as it was us or they were doing just what they were trained to do if it's the later I think it's time for him to depart before gates get even lower .Entertainment please

personally I agree with you. When I am at the game I spend 90 mins supporting the team then the rest of the week moaning about them. Others think that 3-4:45pm on at sat is their time to have their say.

In all honestly, you have nearly 25,000 empty seats to move to if your not happy with this fans comments.

Yeah but my point is not
'shut the fuck up you're doing my head in'
It's
'Shut the fuck up you're not helping the team'

again, agree.

In the same way those protesting by not coming in until 10 mins, those in the stands not singing at all, and all of those thousands we have lost are not helping the team
