An Open Letter To Eddie Jordan (10 Viewers)

I'm suspicious about his 'love' for the club. Do we know whether he was merely just another investor in one of those fancy schemes favoured by the previous board?

We fans have been living under this Sisu regime for too long now. We need a saviour, a hero, a person who can lift our club back up, give it a home, and be a leader and innovator like Jimmy Hill was for us in the 70s.

60's*.

Bernie Eccleston has just old Formula One for a few billion ,he's a massive egotist and may be looking to chuck money at something before he kicks the bucket, which could be quite soon looking at him, so perhaps a letter to him as well.
We could keep going and going but SISU will not sell

I think he went to Warwick university watched city. Last I heard he was a Chelsea season ticket holder. Mind you could ask Roman if he could spare some loose change

Wasn't Eddie Jordan a mate of BR and came to games by invitation rather than being a serious fan?

If you're going to target anyone from F1 Christian Horner would be better. A local lad and CCFC supporter I believe. Surely he knows someone at redbull who's interested in taking on a new project.

Or the people up the chain who run the German red bull teams...

As long as they dont want to rename us, they can have their logo on our shirts though!

I am sure there are a number of City fans out there willing to either invest or bring investment to the table, some that people hadn't even thought about, its just we need our Owners to stop being megalomaniacs, put the club up for sale for a reasonable price and bugger off.

How about Hazel O'Connor, must have had a shed load of royalties for "will you" over the years but Joy is a blonde so not a good sign

How about Pete Waterman? He's a Cov kid isn't he?

He definitely is a Coventrian, he was brought up in the same road as I was born & brought up in.

In fact my Dad was a DJ in the early 60's and he used to borrow my Dad's records when he was starting out as a DJ himself, they knew each other well.

Jordan was knocking about the club towards the end of Strachan's time at the invite of Robinson who was trying to persuade him to invest. The rumour at the time was Jordan wanted Venables in as a replacement for Strachan.
