Isn't the club in reality up for sale, putting it up for sale would be admitting defeat and effect SISU's ability to effectively negotiate (potential contradiction in terms) with WASPS etc..

Exactly.

Which is probably why the telegraph jumped on it and random MPs are shouting at the football league to force the club to stay at the Ricoh.

It's why it isn't going to happen.

i dont attend games as i still believe NOPM is the only way forward if we all did it for two games a total boycott
it would show togetherness and might just might do the trick

It doesn't work like that does it?

That's why any action that makes people have to choose or make that decision is a no no.
That's why want a big protest in numbers outside the courts when SISU are due in, it's time to take it to them, and what better place to do it.

I know we've tried this before but the numbers were poor, but we have plenty of time to organise coaches for everybody this time round.

Also what will it achieve? Who knows, but this way everyone should be happy that it doesn't effect the team or CCFC or ST holders missing out on what they've paid for.

But it's not going to happen is it? People would need days off work, travel to London etc for it.

Make something pro ccfc, if it's to do with a game make it so people who don't want to go can still get involved.

It's about finding balance, if people want unity either go at everybody or just make it pro ccfc

All of the spin, scare mongering , games and agendas need to be stopped also, else people won't unite, just cold hard facts

Equally let's also not pretend that it won't hurt and also that it won't help flush any potential owners out if there are some.
Well it certainly wouldn't do any harm. Although I've said before I struggle to think anyone other than a CCFC fan would purchase the club over any other club in the country.

But if the CT are going to say formally putting the club on the market will attract more buyers then the same must apply to ACL.

Looks to me you are a bit marked Nick my dear, are you on the ropes so to speak. You say she, Sepalla, won't put the club up for sale, I'll say if she doesn't and stays our owner for the foreseeable future our time as a football league club is seriously threatened.
No, it makes perfect sense. Somebody wins a game like Southampton and people find a way to get worked up.

She isn't going to say it's for sale, get realistic. Just because the telegraph say it over and over it isn't going to change that.

Does nobody start to get bored of the anger and want to actually think screw all of them, it's about ccfc?

Look at the half arsed petition that died, people are getting bored of it all.

We should be starting to make things about ccfc rather than hating everybody, that includes me also.
I don't think it's so much getting bored, I think it's more people being worm down
And generally giving up, evidenced by our ever decreasing crowds,
Incidentally how long before they close another stand ( to save yet more money)
To bunch fans together and create a better atmosphere.

Yes but how much of that is due to being on here and social media bickering all day every day.

I much prefer the threads where people get along, that isn't saying people can't have their views and discuss them bit in terms of action and uniting fans it should be looking at things like those threads and what people agree on and going down that route.

Like I keep saying, how long will.me and you disagree on here? Then there's a thread about ccfc or something having a joke with silly puns and it's a different story, or talking about the legacy.fund stuff or your lad.

Of course, me talking to you and having a laugh isn't going to get rid of sisu, but then again is the bickering?

Surely bring together the fans and it's a stronger unit?

I don't disagree, Chesterfield was our first game since Shrewsbury, haven't even Been
to an away game yet, haven't been posting on here nearly as much just lately.
Never thought it would happen to me but I'm obviously losing interest, find the situation
Depressing, exhausting and all consuming, supporting your football club should not feel
Like this.,

That's just it. All of the protests and the comments are entirely about CCFC. If things carry on as they are with Sisu, it is very likely that they will get worse. Should everyone bury their head in the sand and just watch the team, or should they voice their anger and frustration at what has been done to our club and try to do something about it?

So her saying it's for sale is going to fix everything?

More propaganda, scare mongering.

We need a billionaire like they have.

All of the whipping up the anger is getting tiring, transparent and boring.

Like Tony say's Nick, Is it through choice or ignorance you act the way you do on this site, or even arrogance?

You see you say things like you did above when people have a pop at Sisu, or when we hear that witch puppets are being made of Joy and now you call it boring etc but do you ever shut the fuck up at having a go at the CT at every possible opportunity (even at least 4/5 times on this thread when it's not even about them). You see that is fucking boring yet it doesn't stop you or the other muppets playing the 'wet biscuit game' except you change the biscuit for a copy of the telegraph I bet. People are well within their rights to say what the fuck they like about Sisu or Joy because they are also to blame in our fortunes. Strangely you never say things against the arguments when people are slating CCC, or CT or Ann Lucas or Higgs but you're all over any thread that dares to have a pop at Sisu or anything relating to them. The funny thing is you mock others and talk of agenda's but do you ever stop and think it's starting to look like you have one too. I actually think it's arrogance and you'll probably come back with yet more questions without addressing what I've said.

Possibly. But either way SISU were never going to be one of them. Doesn't matter now anyway. However SISU announcing that the club is for sale can possibly make a difference. The CT aren't wrong to ask them to do that as isn't any fan group or individual fans. SISU selling is the clubs only chance of moving forward and them announcing an intention to sell would be a good way to help make that happen. I can't see why any CCFC fan wouldn't want that to happen, vocalize that opinion by any and every possible means and I definitely don't detract from that as so many on here are keen to do for some unfathomable reason. We don't know what's possible until we try. Some don't want to try, fair enough but don't diminish anyone else's efforts. It only serves to give SISU hiding places.

No, I say that a silly Photoshop is going to achieve nothing at all apart from discrediting other things. Meanwhile people like to get themselves worked up and find it hilarious, not noticing or caring that it looks like a child made it.

I do point out agendas, funnily enough it's because I'm safe in the knowledge I'm the same as a normal city fan with only ccfc as the agenda.

I haven't said people can't have a pop, I've been the one saying to go after them in their world and encouraging posts from people who know about the finance stuff(like the end of sisu thread).

Why do I have a go at the telegraph? Because they make things up, they spin and they twist, they refuse to promote things that might actually make parts of the club look good. People don't seem to notice because they shout sisu out, the same as everybody else gets a free pass. Elliott is a legend because he sings SISU out and stands on the hill, Nikki Sinclaire was a legend until she stopped saying SISU out. Mps are legends when they say SISU out because there is something in it for them.

People on here are of course entitled to air their views, as am I. Nothing is getting deleted or removed, it's a debate.

What do I say against arguments? I'm pretty sure I was saying it would be pointless to stand outside shouting go home wasps, as it is shouting sell up sisu.

If people were making awful photo shops of lucas then I'd be exactly the same.

I was talking about ways to make the fans unite.

Who has said bury their head in the sand ? Have a look about, you will see the actual things people are angry about get lost.

Yep. We can always rely on you and others to make sure that happens.

Yes Tony, like the last time you had a look at the thread about the youth teams or commented on the good things that are going on.

Nobody is saying don't be angry, and don't blame people. All I am saying is at least try and get the fans united as a starter. Surely that is quite obvious and should have been thought of at the start?

Exactly. Oddly enough my boy is more interested in our 14 match unbeaten home record, star-to-be Stevenson in midfield and the JSB xmas party than he is who our owners are. All those things are CCFC to him and why he proudly wears his full Cov kit to every training session he goes to for his u8 team in Banbury.
My lad and daughter were both like that, nether go now can't say it is because of the owners but they have lost all interest.:(

That's the sad thing, I'd bet they are a bit too old to go to the JSB party to get some interest back as well?

Mine got a letter on her birthday from "Tony Mowbray" saying happy birthday and thanks for renewing her season ticket, she got one off sky blue sam also last year saying sorry her JSB pack was a bit late and he hopes to see her at a game. She wrote him one back saying it wasn't his fault and that she was excited to see him. When her season ticket came I got a text with a picture of her with her card and certificate for the JSBs.

It's things like that I am going on about being missed and overlooked, it isn't Fisher, SISU or seppalla doing that it is somebody at CCFC who is. I don't want or expect them to get any credit for making my daughters day. Yet people will shoot it down because of SISU.

I'm not saying people shouldn't be angry at SISU, my point has only been that maybe we should celebrate shit like that a bit more in spite of any prick who has been involved along the way.

Our fans will never be united they can't even agree who should be in goal.
People will always have there own opinions so how do you unite them over a common cause what ever that cause is.
Just look at striking workers why do they have a picket line? Is it because they all agree on the action being taken or is it because they have a different opinion of the situation.

Quite strange though Nick that yet again you single out the telegraph because they make things up, spin and twist etc yet you are nowhere near as vocal at Sisu when they make things up, spin, twist refuse to tell us what the hell they are doing with the club. You see, we all read your posts about everyone's main focus should be CCFC yet the only organisation in all this that has a full responsibility to CCFC is our owners and yet after all they have done (along with other parties) you choose not to get stuck into them like you do with others. I just think that if you love CCFC like you say you do then surely your anger would be towards those who have a direct responsibility to us and not other like CCC and CT are only interested in headlines and votes.

That's the hard bit, finding something they all agree on which is pro CCFC. Some might see shouting SISU out as being pro CCFC for example, some won't.

Nobody disagrees on that we want fantastic new owners to come in and live happily ever after, people disagree on methods and ways to achieve it. Have a look through some of the threads on here where they are bicker free, it is things like posts about olden day players, the ones like the legacy fund where everybody agrees.

Nobody is ever going to agree on the tactics / who should play and who shouldn't but that's football.

If the fans start to unite, the fans will start to feel a bit better and leading on from that any party in it all will get a bit more worried than before.

I know where your coming from but they were doing those things well before sisu came here.
My lad used to go to the football academies during the summer holidays, used to get free tickets for the football team used to be proud of wearing his City kit had a season ticket with his 3 friends, I used to take them all every week none of them go now and at 21 they should be up there every week.
TBF he is still proud to wear his shirt around Manchester where he is at Uni, just can't be bothered to go to games even though I am paying.
