Released by Cambridge.... by mutual consent...

Omozusi played for Slade at Orient was a mainstay of his back 4 with clarke playing 126 times for Orient over 5 seasons

Can play at right back or left back.....

Clearly didn't work out for him at Cambridge for various reasons I'm unsure of, I don't believe its injuries.

Could be interesting...

Mutual consent... take of that what you will.

Some players work at clubs... under different managers.

Broke his foot in preseason 2016, so been out for a few months. Will be rusty having no preseason and match time.

Versatile with the ability to play either side
Could be up to speed by the end of the month.

He's a player who could be of interest to RS, he understands the way he plays his beliefs and played alongside clarke before.
Worth a trial in training in my opinion, I'm sure Slade has already spoken to him to see where he's at

Former Fulham defender Elliot Omozusi was jailed for two and a half years on Friday for attempting to take revenge on the key witness in a murder trial.

He seems a nice bloke really

So... proves he can chase up and down the wings... perfect!!!
He went on to play again for Leyton Orient and in there play off final year.

Anyway I'm sure the telegraph will be reporting his as a "top defensive target" Thursday or Friday when they've caught up, heard it here first.
