Just by the very fact that he would have presided over a City side that ended up in the lowest tier of league football. He has to hasn't he?
His abomination of a summer recruitment policy has cost us dear.
I liked him when he was here at first, but in the end he lost the plot and it's his and Venus's team building exercise that were a very major contributor to where we find ourselves now.
You obviously associate managers by the success of the team and by the same token if a team goes down they must hold a great deal of culpability.
Was expecting good things from Tony Mowbray, but he left the club with the squad ill equipped to make a fist of it in this division.
If we go down I think in years to come we will speak of Mowbray and just the mention of his name will leave us all thinking very negatively. (Everyone apart from CC4L of course)
