I don't have it recorded on Sky but have watched the highlights 5 times now and I still think you can't be sure either way. There are no other camera angles other than the "live" shot on the highlights to help determine it. If you watched it on Sky and the replays showed it was going wide, fair enough but from my vantage point last night it looked as if it could have gone in on its own.

i was at game and yes it looked on target
but sky cameras indicate was going wide imo

Yes but none of your lines make contact with the boot
That's because he's hit the ball, reached the top of the follow through and his leg is on the way back down. Can someone put a gif together of the footage? I don't know how you do it, but a gif would clear it up.

Whether it was going in or not I don't know, what I do know is that.......

The man has got us to Wembley!

If he hadn't have failed he wouldn't have walked. If he hadn't have walked we wouldn't have got Slade in. If we hadn't have got Slade in we wouldn't have signed Beavon and if we hadn't have signed Beavon then he wouldn't have scored that goal and set us on to the path of victory!

Mowbray, I salute you! :)

I thought that you were going to point out that as it's Mowbrays fault that we are bottom of the league.
Then surely it has to be to Mowbrays credit that we are going to Wembley.

Personally it think we can thank the FL for screwing the competition up.
It's seems the U23 teams are shitter than league 1 teams. So it played to our advantage thank god.

Most of the players last night were neither Slade's or Mowbray's.

RCC
DKE
Haynes
Harries
Thomas
Tudgay

Beavon was Slade's
Reilly was Slade's

Reid, Rose and Turnbull were Mowbray's. And then Jones too when he came on.

I wasn't impressed with Reid or Rose, but was with Turnbull and then Jones when he came on.

cant have it both ways.

you clearly not happy that cov fans united after last night. you wanted to go back to TM argument that you lost so spectacularly last time.. now you are scared(why? im not fighter, i wont hurt you) and pretending thread was supposed to be about beavon. yes a thread called thank you mowbray is all about beavon lol.
Have you and Otis tried marriage counselling? - might work!

I meant to ask , the CT are saying that Rose 'utilised his aerial presence' last night.

Baffled me because I didn't witness that.

Have I got problems with my eyesight or I am right that, that really didn't happen?

Or do they mean headers from defending our own box? Hard to tell who was getting the headers from our own box, cos it was a mass of bodies at times.

he won loads of headers last night and especially in last 20 mins. from corners, free kicks to in the middle of park.

they are spot on to praise his aerial impact yesterday

So now you know Otis! I couldn't see who was getting their head in on those long throws - they were all heroes last night!

They were all throwing themselves into the fray at times.

Spot on. Every player did themselves and the club proud. No one shirked a challenge and at times we seemed to have 3 or 4 trying to prevent akinfenwa getting to the ball
