Could Wembley be your final game ? (7 Viewers)

Just wondering for those season ticket holders and regular supporters whether you might go out on a high on April 2, win or lose.
I don't know whether it's possible to be mathematically certain of relegation by then, but I'm guessing it might be. If we are down by then, anyone thinking of calling it a day for this season ?

Yes. After 47 years it will be no more season ticket for me if SISU remain. I will just go to Saturday games if and when it suits me next season. I fully expect next season to be a downward slide towards non league in a year or two and playing at BPA or further afield. Nothing can stop our demise as things stand.
Of course, if SISU go it will be a different matter.

No, I will still support the team regardless of owners, division or players/managers. That is what being a supporter is in my view.

However I'm sure Wembley will be the first and last game for some - 'going out on a high' could be another excuse for some though.
Why do that to yourself!

No I cannot bring myself to cheer this bunch of wet wipes out onto the Wembley turf, so I won't be attending Wembley and today only confirmed it. What a complete shambles of a club we have become, Thanks sisu and dim fisher

Such a shame. That it's not criminal and the football world are more excercised by ranieris dismissal at Leicester says a lot about football in this country

Wembley is it for me too. grandkids do not want to go anymore so after 56 years of following city that's it.

No Wembley. I have finished for this season. Only get angry. So will go to first game of next season to check out how bad we have become, then spend remainder of season moaning why we are so shit aka old City fan style.

I'll go to some games. probably more away than home though. It's going to be horrible in that massive empty bowl next year

If the club are allowed Nuneaton with a few thousand could be a possibility. And something our Tim would embrace I'm sure.

Yes to answer the OP. I respect anyone who carries on with a ST next year and if they go that's fair enough but I draw the line at my loyalty being taken the piss out of. Just my opinion

I guess my biggest thing is just there is no plan or care from the ownership so therefore so no hope and it kills my love for it. I don't care when we lose these days. Never in a million years would I say that. How sad.

You can't blame anyone that stops going, its not an enjoyable experience at all.

I'm undecided, my initial reaction is to renew as you support the team no matter what but there's nothing at the club that gives any indication things might improve. We've heard nothing about the academy for months, next season is the last at the Ricoh and the budget will undoubtedly be cut again. I don't think there's anyone who thinks we'll be challenging for promotion next season and with no hope of things improving what incentive is there to throw a few hundred quid at the club?

I will never give up on the club as long as they are Coventry City, have our badge and represent our city then its my club.
We should know what is around the corner by now and its not going to be pretty so its imperative we stand behind Coventry City, the club.

NO.
I am NOT going to Wembley - and will not return to the Ricoh until the cancer of Sisu and Fisher have done one. When those insulting arseholes took the club to Suxfields that was it for me.
After they have gone I will return and we can rebuild as a proper club once more. At the moment it is a travesty and I feel for those taken in by it.
Mind you football has lost its soul, its run by accountants and cunts, look what happened to Ranieri.

This will happen after next season I am sure of it but the ground isn't fit for league football, so anybody who goes next year get ready for a limp fall into non league

taken in by what? No ones is blind to what's going on but some people want to carry on supporting the club they have always supported, if you've had enough fair play but don't be having a pop at others who haven't.

Fisher and SISU seem hell bent on taking the club to non-league. I just can't stomach sitting in an empty soulless stadium with shit players and no hope. Wembley could well be my last game under SISU's ownership.

It's called support. Try it sometime.
I've had a season ticket ever since I've been old enough to have one, but unfortunately this year will be my last. Only a few away games next year. I've never seen us in the prem like most people, and all I've seen when supporting them is garbage. Only so much I can take I'm afraid
