Pete from Coundon.Poor Dave(?), apparently we're run by ISIS!
Aye, think it was Paul, asking Clive to get down the training ground and get some answers from Slade.Like this caller on now
we might aswell bePoor Dave(?), apparently we're run by ISIS!
What a novel idea!!Aye, think it was Paul, asking Clive to get down the training ground and get some answers from Slade.

The CWR/manager interviews are nothing short of an embarrassment.
No-one has even asked Slade if he feels his job is in danger, which has been the obvious question to ask since we lost to Swindon.
The final 1 made me laugh . Clive , you have to be quick Rob , we're nearly out of time. okay Clive, Erm ,well, yeah , right , let's have it right , erm , here goes , so ... :banghead:
Yes that made me laugh and he thinks there should be banners etc :banghead::banghead: ,the isis 1 too :banghead: it's not as if he hasn't used that term before either :banghead::banghead:'I'm worried there might be trouble at Wembley'
'Do you think the fans should protest?... Yes' :banghead:
Hang in there fella , I've heard SISU shan't be around for very long . they came close to going last season .I'd actually prefer to be owned by ISIS, at least their end is nigh unlike bloody SISU.
At least that reference made me laugh, God it's depressing supporting this shower of horseshit
So many questions and I bet we could all conjure up half a dozen or so decent questions in seconds.I know Paul - dyed in the wool Sky Blue lad (with an incredible collection of Sky Blue memorabilia). He is spot on about the lack of probing questions by the CWR team. As fans, we are full of passion, angst and frustration at the end of (most) games, and to then hear Geoff (bless him) ask 'I see you switched formations at half time' but then not follow up with ''Did you get it wrong' , 'why not attack from the outset'. etc etc. 90+% of the questions are fawning. We, as fans, don't have the opportunity to grill the manager and it's galling when they don't. Paul may have been a bit OTT with 'I wan't you to humiliate the manager' - but I get that he wants our frustration given a voice.

'So, where do you think it went wrong today?'
You took such and such off in the second half, what was the thinking behind that?'
'You went 4-4-2 today, but then changed to wingbacks. Why did you change it?'
'Are you now beginning to feel the pressure as manager?'
'Do, you feel your job is safe?'
'Such and such wasn't even in the squad today. What was the reasoning behind that?'
'What is the injury situation with?' (lists players)
He is.I think geof is just a nice timid guy in real life
No thanks, but his long time partner is now available!Jeremy Paxman anyone?

Geoff is a massive supporter of local sports and has been with the BBC for nearly 25 years. What he isn't is a Paxman style journalist who is going to put pressure on those he is interviewing. I don't have a problem with that but it really needs someone else in the local media to step up to that role.I think geof is just a nice timid guy in real life

Shane O'Connor seemed a likely candidate until he was removed in somewhat suspicious circumstances.
You'd of thought that would of been asked by now, not evenany comments from the board about the last 2 months and how things have spanned out.... not even a vote of confidence yet or we will assess the situation in due course... nothing. It's all very strange.
Probebly because Tim was giving head, and had a mouthful so could not answer.O'connor interviewed fisher many times to be fair and despite lots of pressing on issues he never made any real headway.
After yesterdays 0-0 does that make Slade an okay manager so let's see what happens or still a useless arse who needs getting rid of
