Time for Tim Fisher to go (6 Viewers)

You sir have failed so badly at your job it isn't even funny.

We don't have much choice at the moment with Sisu sticking around but Every decision Fisher makes is the wrong one and puts the club further into the abyss.

Under Fisher we have endured relagation to L1 and now to L2. He constantly gets the wrong manager or doesn't give the manager the resource to make any decent change. We left the city. Academy situation is unknown. We don't know where we are going to play after next season. The stadium that would be built in 3 years feels like 30. The list goes on.

The one constant for this shit show of a football club is Fisher. Yes Sisu are there, but if you're going to be the face of the middle man between us fans and Sisu then your head is next.

The bigotted bastard won't leave the club, so it's about time us fans force the idiot out of our club.

We need to get rid of him first and then move onto Sisu.

He's a complete tool who should have lpng since gone but didn't think he was already here when we went down to L1? Can anyone confirm?

How many managers have gone under Fisher? By my count it's
Thorn
Robins
Pressley
Mowbray
Venus
Slade

Not bad going for a bloke only involved since 2011 at the absolute earliest.

He is a perfect foil for Sisu, takes the shit, works on a balance sheet and does not care about any of the fans or the club. He cares about keeping it alive as a business with or without us that is for sure.

He arrived in December of the relegation season.

As I said a week ago the fans in blocks 16/17 need to go in the block next to the directors box for a game and give him total abuse for 90 minutes.
No physical threat just shout at the clown!

Get the feeling he enjoys all the negativity he generates. He's the footballing equivalent of a pantomime villain who comes onto the stage, gets booed by the crowd and shouts insults at the punters in return. I think totally ignoring him is the best option. It will deny him the attention he craves.

Problem is he will turn it around on the fans.
And if we lose the usual suspects on here will blame them for the loss too.

He'll put a temporary in charge now for a month and make up some excuse for himself to lead the team out at Wembley. Can you imagine that smug bastard rubbing the fans noses in it again. I think he enjoys it !

Achievements so far

Messed up the negotiations with ACL when they state a deal was shook on regarding a new rental agreement that would have brought some stability to our club.

Resided over our relegation to division 3.

Stated that we need consistency and can't keep changing managers. Said Andy Thorn was not backed previously and now he would be and he would be supported. Then sacked him after 3 draws at the start of the season.
Also he has had more than one manager for every year since.

Decided that by taking Coventry to Northampton we would be able to own and or break ACL. This decision led to ACL getting sold to Wasps.
Also the move has lost us so many fans past, present and future.

Took charge of the new stadium project whilst Anderson ran the football side of things. Since he has focused on the new stadium we have had no movement forward on it.

I think at various times has stated that the preferred option is the Ricoh, The Butts, A new Stadium, constantly interchanging.

Has told us Joy is now at the reigns hands on making decisions and is very interested in the club now.
Then on the radio he says the owners are not interested so probably don't know about the club.

Suggested the fans should build a statue of Joy.

Told us all that a high court judge does not understand the law.
Then despite him understanding the law and supporting the court action and regularly been at court, he told us the football club is nithing to do with the legal action.

He is about to be in charge as we are relegated to division 4. So two relegations under his stewardship.

We lose our academy base in the summer.

We lose the Ricoh next summer.

Positives
He employed TM
We have got to Wembley

If he had any morals or ethics then he wouldn't do it. I think you are right but it still doesn't portray him in an honourable light.

He fucked up at Charlton, and he's fucked up here, the bloke is totally out his depth.
He has no footballing knowledge bar a kick around in the local park, he hasn't a clue how to connect with his bloody customers, he's arrogant and even after failure after failure he alone thinks he's doing a great job.
Put plainly without mummy and daddy he would be collecting trollies at Tescos, even then he'd fuck that up too.

Thing is he is a hard nosed businessman, he has been asked by Sisu to come in and stop the rot of losing money, this he appears to have done to the detriment of the club/team... In my dealings with top management same as politicians they are not in touch with ordinary people they are pig ignorant and live their lives off balance sheets... If they had an ounce of sense by treating their employees correctly there would be an upturn in productivity... Remember seeing a tv programme once where these guys came into a business talked to the workers on how to improve productivity, the staff, being in the know pit their own ideas into place and immediately improved performance and productivity by something like 20%... the workers and management then had a meeting to discuss.. the top man was asked how well they had done... he said well I expected it to be better than that... the interviewer was furious and told him in 30 seconds he had just destroyed all the goodwill that had been created.... sounds like Fisher

Tim Fisher is doing a great job. From SISU's point of view. We will probably get away with a small loss, thanks to Wembley, or, if we get some decent money for Stevenson, even a small profit at the end of 2017.

We have no long term financial commitments, and if we can pull a deal off for Ryton, SISU - Arvo may even get some form of return.

Should we hit the ground running in League 2, we may be able to hold our crowds, or if we actually get in the top 6, even increase them.

If Fisher could pull off another short term deal at the Ricoh and find a temporary training ground and temporary academy site ..-- if..... then the show carries on without SISU having to crystallise their loss.

Who would SISU replace him with? We have had some tossers - Igwe and Dulux - who lost loads of money and didn't have a clue. SISU's recruitment has not been good. Without a cash injection and the go-ahead to achieve sporting success from Joy, nothing would be better by replacing Fisher.

Fisher's big flaw from our point of view is his attitude. He cannot motivate us as a group. He talks to individuals, but he needs to get the fans behind him. We are where we are - and that is not all his fault, but he has pissed too many people off who CCFC need. That is from the fans to the council, the charity, the press and virtually anyone he comes into contact with.

Fisher keeping us trundling along at around breakeven is the most we can expect without us being sold or Joy deciding to take a punt. So. It looks as if it's Fisher or bust.
