It's surprising they can get so many when historically their average attendances have mostly been less than 10K. I wonder if a lot of fans in London have Millwall as their second team?

I read somewhere that Leeds ended up taking over 50 to that match, not sure of its validity though, still it aint bad for "little old Coventry" Hopefully the levels of support will encourage new owners or inspire the current lot to get their house in order and get funds in place for a progressive ( in terms of league position and division) football club.

Nah, a playoff final would see a similar size following at Wembley - also far more meaningful. Would mean the club has finally reversed an 18 year decline. Still be only 5-7k at home games though.

The fact that they won't normally go means that with the 'risk' of the club folding this may be the one to go to as it could be the last one they go to.
