What was your favourite moment of the day?

Mine was when the final whistle went and me my brother and my step dad just hugged in tears for 30 seconds. If I wasn't in that hug I would have collapsed to the floor. I've waited my whole life for that bit of success and it actually happening just blew me away. Amazing moment and feeling.

Special mention to the atmosphere in JJ Moon's in the evening. Non stop singing, everybody in a great mood. Twist and shout went for about half an hour at one point. even the bouncer said he's been there 6 years and never seen an atmosphere like it.

George Thomas goal was my highlight!

It looked brilliant and it was brilliant.

I've loved his performances for about 5-6 weeks. Unfortunately I think he may have earned a shot higher up the leagues

I also have the team of Gary Breens song in my head as it was sung so often. My ears are ringing still.

The final whistle as I was very nervous up until then, for a moment in the match the Burge save at the end

Best moment of yesterday was seeing the huge Jimmy Hill flag float across the bottom terrace, thank you whoever brought that! That and the thousands and thousands in a sea of blue.

Second best was the second goal and suddenly thinking "We... might actually win here!!".

The general good spirit amongst fans. Me and my family knew nobody around us, but we all celebrated together like we were best mates.
Group of lads in front absolutely wasted, but still had the courtesy to turn around and ask if they were blocking my kids view. Little things like this make the day special for the youngsters.

As for the footy. The second goal was superb. The anticipation during the build up and then the explosion of emotion as Thomas cracked it in. It'll be a moment I'll never forget till the day I die.

Had to be getting off the 9.51 at Euston to swathes of sky blue and an extremely loud rendition of LAST set the tone for the rest of the day which just got better and better.

The Thomas goal was pure quality, the eruption of City fans was class and probably my best moment

I was basically In line with Thomas' goal and I, and everybody around were going mental as soon as it left his boot. You could tell it was going in straight away.

Were you on the overground from Watford to Wembley Central after the 8:51 train out of Cov?

Think that was the first rendition of the day of A Team of Gary Breens!

Mine happened in Coventry at the end of the night. Heard my 7 year old talking to her Mum on FaceTime about her day:

"And we sing 'Let's all play together ....'"

"And when we scored Daddy was so happy he picked me up off the ground in a big hug !"

Hooked. Sorry kid. It's downhill from here, I'll apologise on my death bed.

Seeing the bloke leave his full pint and having shady looks about to see if anybody could see him. That was at 7.45am, started as he meant to go on.*

*It wasn't really, final whistle for me.

Also, getting off the train at Euston and it just being sky blue and PUSB!

The whole atmosphere was incredible!

The pubs pre-match
Queuing to get into the ground and the steps up to block 545
People within the ground friendly and wanting to enjoy the day
Chanting for 90 mins with very little coming from the Oxford fans
The win!
Walking back within the thousands to Wembley Park station

Just magical!

It was a great day out for the kids!

Shame it's all downhill from now into League 2. Hopefully bounce straight back up to League 1 and have some more cheer and momentum.

Got a decent video of that. At least I think it was that pub.

After we scored the 2nd and the players were finishing up celebrating i noticed bigi geeing up the fans in the corner as he made his way back to the centre circle for kick off. Then g thomas goal started to get shown on replay screen and my eyes just watered. Ive never understood how people cry out of happiness but yesterday i came close.

My favourite moment.

The best bit of the day for me was just after we scored the 2nd I had a look around at the mass of 44000 Sky blues who were all singing "In our Coventry homes". Made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. That and knowing that me and my son together had seen "our" team win at Wembley.

Probably when the teams came out - and the second goal. I knew we had a chance then. Also the Liquor Station afterwards. Our fans are different class.

Out of left field, my daughter on the coach down.
Necking a bottle of rose in around 30 mins at around 10.30.
Where did that come from? :p

Too many to mention, the final whistle, my kids faces, the Sky Blue Song and rendition of 'In our Coventry Homes', Thomas's goal, the pride and joy of the win and being part of such a group of fans, and so from that my best moment was the noise made when we scored the first it was unbelievable, and my kids absolutely loved it.

Squeezing in 1 more pint at half time and then coming down the gangway to see Kyle cross to George, perfect timing and the mass celebration as I rolled down the steps towards my seat.
