Robins just said on cwr that we played ok and we should have had two penalties. I think he saw a different game to the one I saw.

I saw many players who seemed to lack hunger and fight. Maybe because they think they are already guaranteed a place in the first team? Or SISU doing their normal stuff behind the scenes? It's hard not to think something has happened as the effort was so bad compared to the first two games. Very little evidence of a team spirit unlike Yeovil today and Newport last week.

The tactics also seem fucked up. Lumping the ball high to McNulty all the time. Kelly and Doyle playing too deep.

O'Brien has used up all his mistakes for one season. One more and he needs to be dropped.

If McNulty is the answer then what is the fucking question? Absolutely abysmal. Beacon didn't do much when he came on. Andreu was good for the first 20 minutes then disappeared. The Duck looked threatening but I think he should be in the middle. Why persist in bringing on Biamou when he has shown nothing so far? We just don't look to be capable of scoring.

Wasn't the whole point of McNulty signing was to play of James Collins? Failed to sign Collins, or even a big powerful striker for him to play off. I don't think Sisu can be blamed for this situation. Players with decent pedigree for our division have been brought in and early, for once they have dipped their hand in their pockets, It just hasn't happened for us after some early promise. This is down to the playing side of things.

No goals v Newport or Yeovil and its our keepers fault

Yes, I blame the keeper, it completely changed both games, both Newport and Yeovil were terrible. Newport got that goal and stuck 11 men behind the ball. Yeovil scored and it gave them confidence to push on, before that we were near enough camped in their half.

well, some on twitter calling already.

I give the CT site one game if we lose and this site 2 games if we lose them both.

We have to keep him no matter what and allow him to build a club, not just a team

he turned last years shower into a team that won a few games and triumphed at Wembley, agree he needs time, calling for his head is madness.

Exactly right. When a team loses confidence in their keeper, it affects the entire team negatively.
The goal-keeper is easily the most important person in the team and we have been sadly lacking there for three seasons.

Have they dipped into their pockets? Wembley, Thomas, Harries, Maddison add ons, Wilson add ons, wages freed up from those that have left, etc. How much have they had to put in?

Wherever it us you are going to have a difficult time convincing me the assembled squad has less invested on it than the last two teams we have played.

4 league games in and just can't believe some are calling for his head already. A lot of supporters thought we would walk this League sadly every team will put some extra effort as beat us. I will gladly take any play off place this season. But feel we will just miss out.

I don't see a goal in beavon or mcnulty at the moment and that's the biggest problem. We're set up for a big man to knock the ball down for on runners. We don't have that so why are we playing like that ? If we need that type of player and the budgets gone we're screwed.

We should got two draws this past week and stupid errors are not helping !

No doubt there are other factors. The money available to a manager is relative to income though isn't it? We've had 19095 through the gate in the 2 home games plus the income from what I mentioned in the post above. Granted Newport haven't played a home game yet but they won't be basing their SCMP figure on anywhere near to that for two home games. Yeovil have had 6218 through the gate when you combine their 2 home fixtures.

You all think Robins is the messiah,i think he is full of shit and hasn't got a clue, tactics, team selection are shocking,i know it isn't all his fault, but this is League 2, no bullshit,no hiding and yet we lose to the mighty Yeovil, yeah it was away but teams like this and most teams in this league we should be blowing away, carry on the way we are and you lot will be saying the same when we are playing non league next season..The team, the club, the manager ,sisu it is all rotten right to the core

That's what teams do.

That's not my point.

My point is I cannot believe the assembled squad isn't more expensive than the previous 2 opponents' so either;

1. The recruitment was poor
2. Tactics were poor
3. Budgets are less relevant the lower you go
4. The results were not contingent with the season ahead

someone wants to look at our record when we go 1-0 up. it seems to be a given that's the team that wins. Not sure thats the case with us

And if he wasn't in goal first two games we would of lost them for fuck sake striker misses loads of chances keeper makes one mistake it's all his fault

stop being rational, we might not have lost both, but 1 point better off at the most.

No-one seems to be talking about how in the 1st two games his saves could have helped us win,

funny that
