This will take months and isn't going to help relations. Will we be seeing a stand made out of a bit of scaffolding and planks of wood being erected at the BPA or have a very long walk to get to "home" games again?

The Law is just playing SISU at their own game. Allow them to appeal and spend many more £000s on legal professionals and then judge against. It's the only language Joy understands.

Council disappointed
Coventry City Council has released a statement expressing “disappointment” in the wake of today’s decision.
In a joint statement released by both the leader of the council Cllr George Duggins and Cllr Gary Ridley, leader of the Conservative group they said: “We are naturally disappointed that the Court of Appeal has granted permission to appeal the decision made on 14 July 2017.
“However, we remain confident that we have a robust defence to all the claims, and that the decisions the Council took on 7 October 2014 were entirely lawful.
“Until the next hearing, we do not intend to make any further comment on the case.”
You are for meI feel as though I'm speaking for at least 99% of us by saying, "FOR FUCK SAKE"
and in the meantime we're in limbo. I honestly believe if they hadn't been granted the right to appeal that a takeover wouldn't have been too far off.
What a fucking farce!
Another 2 years before this JR ends.
So am I correct in thinking that you think the judicial system had leaked the news to someone and that this decision has been "known" by people for some time before the announcement ?More the pr being fired up.
The last one (JR1), started July 2014, finally kicked out Dec 2016.what are you basing that on? (I have no idea about these things).
