Really pleased he scored again. Runs his socks off and is a good footballer. He only needed to add goals to his game.

I love an underdog! Am genuinely more pleased for him today than I am that we're in the 5th round. I know I sound like a broken record about him but he's a long way from home, was still playing amateur French 4th division 18 months ago and he's working his nuts off to fit in here, both at the club and in Coventry. He needs the SBA as his family and I love that he's winning people over. If we make him feel wanted I think he'll just keep getting better this year - don't forget that on top of turning full-time pro he is also learning to play the target man role too, wasn't his job at Sutton.
I think we should get 30 tshirts made for the kids in the front row of the North Stand vs Accrington, spelling out his full name: Maxime Gerard Biamou Ngapmou Yoke!

Just seen the goal. Did really well with that. No doubt it was his and was over the line. Proper strikers goal.

If we put Ngapmou on, people will think the t-shirts were done by CC4L.

How long is his contract with us? If it's short we need to think about extending it, or at the very least offering him a year's supply of Nutella.

Was an absolute beast today. Spoke to him outside after the game too-had lots of time for everyone.

He did, was a man of few words but his big smile and handshakes prior to boarding the bus said he was enjoying his current run.

If we support him sing his name, he will prosper no doubt. Likeable guy, just wants to be loved not abused.

Fair play to him, 2 in 2. Just needs to kick on get to 5+ league goals. Goals were the only thing missing from his game because his work rate and link play is good. Long may it continue.

I reckon Robins publically saying we need a ‘number 9’ has shoved a proverbial rocket up his arse. Fair play to MR as it could’ve backfired.

Are you serious?....Grendel ? Praise? Burge? Biamou? I am guessing by the elapsed time since you question the answer is no....Quelle Surprise
Anyway the reply should be from anyone they were both fantastic today long may it continue

Yes it’s great. We have a centre forward who has scored 2 goals in over 25 games and people are talking like he’s the new Dion Dublin.

I think most people are just pleased he's doing well now. There aren't many heroes around these days and many young footballers would rather sit in PL reserves for triple their salary than actually play every week. Here we have a player though who has come late into the professional game, whose performances have been improving over time despite the burden he was clearly carrying from not scoring. His interviews are humble, unselfish and he evidently loves the fans and being part of our set up. As he says in that telegraph article, his family are in France and he hasnt seen much of them - he's needed an arm around his shoulder, not criticism. He's not going to do a Vardy but if he continues to add goals to his game, follows the curve of improvement he's on and gets a few more key goals like on Saturday then he really can be a cult hero here.

Always loved his effort, work rate, determination and the way he plays the game, but sorry to say that I'd given up on him and was calling for him to be dropped. Now 2 in 2 and hopefully he'll kick on and continue to prove me wrong.

I kind of didn't want him dropped, but that was more to do with us having no-one to replace him. He's the only target man we have.

I have always liked his all round play, but have always maintained that he has to either score or provide chances for others to score.

Despite what some have said, Biamou wasn't missing lots of chances. Very few chances were coming his way, but of course they may have something to do with him not getting in the right position to score. Lately however, he has been creating opportunities for others.

We can't drop him now, but we do still need another striker for that same position even if it is just for cover purposes.

He's now hit 2 in 2, let's hope it long continues.

Talking of a Biamou song, how about Blur - Song 2...

Replace 'woo hoo' with 'Biamouuuu'.

Woo hoo
I'm feeling heavy metal
Woo hoo
And I'm pins and I'm needles

Biamooooooou
Watch him win the ball
Biamooooooou
He's a Frenchie and he's tall
