This is not a Biamou bashing thread!

I like Biamou, I think he offers a lot, and I feel we play better with him. His well documented issues with finishing is a big issue, however I think this is the tip of the iceberg

I feel that Biamou is a good player, but would be a better player with a team that score from everywhere. We’ve got to a stage where if McNulty doesn’t score we’re scraping the barrel. I notice we don’t score many goals from midfield. This is crucial for a team wanting promotion

Biamou was the only decent player today.

His lack of goals is a slight issue, but the lack of goals from midfield is the main issue.

Vincenti has been a woeful signing, I think Robins fancied him to get double figures. Obviously Andreu and Jones would have scored goals.

Thing is I have this argument with people, and it’s hard because a striker’s main job is to score goals.

Biamou does everything right until the last moment! Against forest green at home - he could quite easily had a hat trick but his finishing let him down.

He creates and brings players into the game, and like I said - if he was getting assists or the midfield was chipping in, we’d see him far more favourably.

I’m a fan of Kelly but since he’s back from injury , he looks about a million miles off the pace

Stokes isn’t good enough

Biamou isn’t good enough

Dion isn’t good enough

Should be STARTING Reid over maguire drew who offers NOTHING going forward or defensively .

Kelly looks a shadow of his pre injury self .

McDonald been worse since his return

Why not start HYAM today and push Willis right

These are all thins robins should have answers too , but he persists in making bad decision after bad decision

Yeah I’m shocked at how bad stokes has been this season.

MaGuire-Drew was awful, but I wouldn’t bring Reid back yet. He needs to show he’s committed again.

Agree with the hyam comment again. It’s funny I saw your thread - re: Robins. As a big fan of his I’m doubting him now, if you look at our next 3 fixtures - Colchester, Wycombe and Mansfield all away - we could easily lose them 3 and be bottom half.

I predict he might not be in charge for the Lincoln game

How can anybody be happy that a striker doesn’t score goals , it’s a testament to the shit we’ve been through over the years that our supporters prefer absolute shite who try over genuine ability .

Fucking unbelievable

You’re a fucking dildo.

It’s mind blowing that considering the performances of all our players Biamou is being singled out yet again.

At last people are waking up to the fact strikers are there to score goals Biamou is not scoring goals Play the lad in the under 23 team to get his confidence we cannot keep playing a striker who is not scoring(passenger} H D W have to agree with you I think Robins needs to alter things I know he didn't play 2 D M today perhaps not having Doyle made him change but has persisted too long and low goal tally against but too defensive . I hope Tuesday he plays an attacking team minus Biamou .

The only one who did anything up front today. I was hoping for McNulty and JCH to start but if they did we'd have spent 90% of the time in our own half.

It’s more of the fact he takes the brunt of the criticism. I think the guy has potential - and I feel (minus today) we play. Better as a team with him in

It's the same as what mcNulty got, do we ignore they got absolutely no service the last 2 games bar aimless hoofs forward? Did JCH get a touch?

Give it 2 games and JCH will be shit because he can't score without anybody realising we create fuck all for strikers.

Because Willis looked lost when he's played right back this season.... tho he looked lost today to be fair like the defence as a unit.

What’s f’in unbelievable is you can’t see that we could have Aguerro and Messi up front with this pattern of play and struggle to score. The midfield play so deep we attack so slowly or with 2 players. Reid may make a difference and we may play with 3 going forward whoopy doo

Nazon is not our player who cares what he is doing , he left the club at the end of his loan , nothing the club could have done about it . He scored a few fair play but gone and not Robins fault , er well sort of not .

Hindight ,he hasn't had many oportunities this season but Dion IMO is generally solid at RBR.
He was Rushed back today from Injury, but it could be I'm wrong about him because he's a Cov kid.

At least when Nazon was here we had a potential scorer on the bench, cannot believe people are still calling for Ponticelli the lads not ready yet

What chances did Biamou mess up today?

Did I watch a different game?

This.

He hardly misses any chances. The midfield do not create a thing.

By having a midfield with the the likes of Kelly, Doyle, Shipley and Vincenti in each week, it really isn't surprising. Losing Jones and Andreu was disastrous.

Agreed Nick. He was immense, especially on the first 60 mins. We created nothing, both he and mcnulty we're living off scraps (in terms of possession), most of which they created themselves ! Midfield was dreadful today apart from Shipley on glimpses. Created nothing. I'm hoping it was tiredness and illness !

I thought Biamou was by far our best player today and was the only one who seemed to care today. It was like watching a poor version of 1980s Wimbledon today playing hoof ball

I like the fact he's got the club at heart but unfortunately bar a crunching tackle he's a liability.

Hopefully it's match fitness after limited action and injury but a fear he's not up to the level.

He had to take the ball off defenders to get it at his feet.

They had absolutely nothing.

So he has played I think its equal to 26 full games now and has missed how many chances plus1 on 1's I have seen. If you are happy to keep a non scoring striker Nick I am not. While I am on recruitment I said it bad signing players who need to get up to fitness at this stage of the season is no good. Plenty on here thought they were good Where are all those " We are going to smash this league" merchants gone" . H D W we sold a player with potential in the transfer window who will be playing at the very least in a premiership reserve side and I think he will push his way into their squad another player with potential scored hat trick for Cheltenham today Eisa that potential I don't think Biamou has that. Hope I am proved wrong

Did you watch the game today? Stick eisa in our team today and see what he does. Nothing but watch the ball come at him in the air.
