Colchester don’t even look good. They’ve just got a plan and are making it work. We look like a bunch of blokes who’ve just met in the pub.

next stage is when we start needing other teams to lose followed by the inevitable when making the play offs becomes a mathematical impossibility. By then everyone is resigned to it. Fuckin' groundhog day.
It seems that way. If this carries on it is going to very much mirror the Mowbray season.

Which is why I don't think it was premature to call this side in freefall. Like his 3 predecessors. Robins has shown he can't or won't change things up in the face of overwhelming evidence.

I have backed him and supported him, but as a manager you HAVE to change things sometimes. That goes for any manager.

Nowt worse than a manager who sticks by something that clear isn't working.

Vincenti and Shipley haven't been in it at all, that's because we hammer it forward to Biamou to try to flick it on to McNulty who has 4 or 5 men on him. Then they get the ball and we start chasing shadows while they pass it about.
It's clearly a deliberate choice to play narrow today across the midfield but if your 'wide' players are as slow and trickless as Shipley and Vincenti we really might as well take one off and put Barratt in the hole to try and link the midfield to the attack so that one of McNulty or Biamou stops having to drop so deep.

I have a hard time believing that the 3 teams we have played have iron clad defences that can't be broken.

Jeez and you wonder why he jumped ship last time. Shoestring budget, depleted by injuries and illness. Probably still make play offs and in 5th round of cup. Some of the comments on here a joke, we deserve all we get and I swear some of you want us to lose so that you can say I told you so.

Switch it around. Must make changes: Reid and jch on for Shipley and vincenti and possibly Barrett for Bayliss.

I have a great idea for the second half. If McNut has 4 or 5 men on him we should pass to someone else. It's an easy game
