Newport and Notts County for me.The two games which concern me most are Newport away and Crawley away, I think we will be ok in the other games

2-1 sounds more of a tink than a tonk.Lincoln (home) and Newport County (away) in that order. We'll tonk Notts County 2-1 (as I'm not there!)
Legends Day. Last game, if we need points I am convinced we will get them.Morecambe at home on last day gives me the fear
Our performance at theirs was the worst I've ever seen
Jumping the gun a bit ( completely against my style), but if we can win tomorrow, there are some very juicy fixtures to be had next Friday.
Obviously we have a tough game ourselves, but there is the potential there to make up some points on teams.

Lincoln v Exeter
Mansfield v Accrington
Notts County v Wycombe
I guess i'm more greedy. I would begrudgingly take the point.Newport draw a lot of games and I would gladly take a point given they don't often lose at home. 3 would be amazing given that some of our rivals are guaranteed to lose point in the fixtures you've highlighted.
Yeah, you usually do and that's got absolutely nowt to do with football.I guess i'm more greedy. I would begrudgingly take the point.
It was so one dimensional against us here though for so long into the game and they weren't even playing hard-hit long balls to the front men to chase on to, they were just sort of looping the ball up in the air like a succession of Hail Mary's in American football.
For me they seem to have enough in their locker to be better than that.
If every team played like that no-one would go and watch.
I get it's successful, but as soon as they started playing the ball on the ground against us, when they eventually worked out the former tactic wasn't working, they then looked a lot more dangerous.
If every team played that way the crowds would drop like a stone across the country.Of course people would watch if it’s successful
Following today's results it is most definitely worth bumping Good Friday's fixture list again.

Clear chance to make up some points with a positive result at Newport for the Sky Blues.
I still have us at 10-15% chance of overcoming both NC and Wycombe.Stop it! We threw it away months ago-let's just make sure we reach the playoffs and give up on this silly idea that we will make 3rd place.

Same here. If Swindon can get knocked out of the picture, then great.I'm also glad Swindon messed up - if we don't get 3rd place, I'd like to avoid them in the play offs. After today's results, I am feeling optimistic about the rest of the season. Win at Newport, and the whole fanbase will be 'expectant'.

Agree.Newport now 10 points off playoffs so they're basically out of it. Hopefully that gives us a better chance next week.
Mansfield - captain sent off, and Danny Rose off with an ankle injury (potential ligament damage). The footballing gods are blowing a Sky Blue wind in our opponents faces. I love it !!
Notts County v Wycombe next week. I think we have to hope that Wycombe don't win. A draw would be ideal but if by some miracle Chesterfield beat County tomorrow then Notts beat Wycombe while we win at Newport then we're three points behind with a game in hand.

Notts County won’t tomorrow and they both have games against direct rivals to play.this whole "game in hand" thing
so do Notts County and Exeter, both of whom are 2 points ahead of us
Notts County play tomorrow though. It's sort of a game in hand, but not really. They are just playing today's game late.this whole "game in hand" thing

Yeah, but I like the idea of gaining points on both clubs. If Chesterfield win or hold Notts County to a draw tomorrow, it’ll be the perfect weekend for us.
We also have a game in hand on Wycombe! Ideally, I want a draw, but I wouldn’t mind a Notts win because they play Accrington on the Easter Monday - hopefully killing the momentum they’d get before playing us.
Yeah funny that how results go our way, when we are on a good run. Funny that..not!I think results have been going our way for a good 2-3 weeks now. Insane luck.
In our back and forths over the last fortnight, I expected the likes of Mansfield and Wycombe to slip up against each other. Today, Port Vale, without a win in 13, nick a point away at Wycombe and Mansfield lose 2-0 to FGR. Hopefully the good luck continues and we keep capitalising.
I’m optimistic, finally put a team to the sword today and we’re unbeaten in 6 now. I would’ve taken a draw at Newport, but with this momentum, and their loss v Crewe, I think we’ll get 3pts.
Yeah, but I like the idea of gaining points on both clubs.
Do you still think 3rd place is unrealistic?Yeah, but I like the idea of gaining points on both clubs.
Do you?Do you still think 3rd place is unrealistic?
Il ask you again in a week.
Do you?
You are all over the place!
I still think it's a hard ask and I have said all along we need other teams to fail and today they did. Long may it continue. They keep dropping points and we keep winning, then of course automatic promotion is on.
A few teams wobbling at the moment.
