I've pulled this from the Court of Appeal website:

Take notice that on FRIDAY, 12 OCTOBER, 2018 in COURT 7, at 10 O'CLOCK, Judgment will be given in the following.

APPEAL

From The Queen's Bench Division

(Administrative Court and Divisional Court)

FINAL DECISIONS

C1/2017/2014 The Queen on the application of Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Limited and Others -v- Coventry City Council and Others.

Yes, this is just one more small step in the saga.

If we've learnt anything at all from TV over the past 15 years or so, you don't trust the Others.

Is it not a conflict of interest if the others are acting on both sides, is that like going to a Casino and putting an equal amount on red and black, no winners and no losers

Not until they've worked through all of the fans. One at a time. Have you not had your summons through yet?
Yeah I've even had to pay for the postage , bastards .

So I've sent it back, not known at this address, please return to sender.

Seriously though, what are the realistic options one way or another after this one on the 12th?

Let’s hope Wasps keep their word tell us to fook off until all legals are dropped and we can then sort a deal not all this happy family crap whilst at each other’s throats behind
doors when what everyone wants is a deal that benefits both clubs.
If Wasps go tits up or decide to move I’m not sure Sisu would match the asking price again lol! And then it starts all over ......

It's now the Philip Larkin of course.

It's now moved up several levels to just a bit rough.

As long as we get a scenario where Wasps go bust - it would be ideal... would love to gloat to wasps fans about how they’re no more!

Saying that, I’m sure they’ll just find another rugby team to support

I wouldn't want Wasps to go bust. Be very sad for the true, loyal fans.

Just want to see them bugger off out of Coventry and back to London.

I’d tend to agree - but given that they would see us homeless at a bat of an eyelid alongside not caring if we went bust.

I get that SISU are the real target. But our club and is as fans will be the victims. For me it’s an us or them - I’d much rather throw them under the bus
