Somebody is already whinging it is misleading that they have said the crowd tops 20,000 because some are free. It says this in the article:

Around 12,000 tickets have been donated to schools for FREE via Sky Blues in the Community, which will see the North Stand packed to the rafters with local school children and their families.

Just over 12,000 tickets have been donated to schools in Coventry and Warwickshire for free via Sky Blues in the Community. This is a slight reduction compared to last year, as we reduced the number of tickets each child could get from 6 last year to 4 – this is so that there is less wastage of some free tickets, which was noted last year

Pretty shit attempt at trying to mislead that they have all been sold.

I had a season ticket as I’ve bored everyone fookless on here until my old dad died.
Couldn’t face going on my own but this season my daughter who is 14 wanted to go so have been given a fair few freebies. These are tickets that if they are not used the club will stop issuing them to the person kind enough to give them to us.
For this my daughter now wants one for next season and instead of relying on freebies I will buy two season tickets gladly to carry on the tradition that my old dad would love to of seen.
So it’s a good thing and hope many do the same!

Not at all but it’s pretty crap that if we’ve got 12K free, 5K STs then we’ve only managed to sell 3K tickets when they are £5 each.

this is a fantastic opportunity to take your kids to their first game without the pressure of the day, if they don't enjoy it you can leave when ever and what have you lost, a fiver parking.
i'm taking my nephew and brother in law ( nephew "supports" Leicester but he's only 6) trying to convert them both to sky blue
