Terry Fisher?Find me one person who thinks they are blameless
And brunch?!Elevenses innit
Before SISU arrived our CEO Paul Fletcher who I think had just resigned stated that the council have the football club over a barrell and are holding them to ransom. Nothing much changed but how can we get the council investigated, the elections are not going to change anything. What about the BBC doing an in depth report into there behaviour or the government otherwise there going to get off Scot free!
Genuine question... knowing what we know now, about the council have been screwing the club over, what do we now think SISU have done wrong. And this isn’t a ‘Sisu are now great’ rhetorical question... as I have my answers! But I also have to admit that most of the things I thought they were to blame for, actually stem from the council screwing us over and the club trying to fight back I think
It’s a fair question. Not the schmee oneSisu of course are not great but they are a bi product of probably the only council in the country that fails to support and recognise its local sports teams
No wonder Schmeee has gone into hiding
Heathen...Two meals and a drink
Sure its complete coincidence that now this information is coming out the trust have adopted a stance of ignoring everything that happened in the past. This is the sort of information from SISU that us fans have been crying out for, for years!!
Whilst I know all sides have been shit I certainly would have had a lot more understanding of the saga if they had been producing this sort of information as they went along.
At least it’s forthcoming now.
It’s not about taking sides, that’s the reason we find ourselves in this mess in the first place! My post was meant to be slightly humourous, but it seems that wasn't clear. Out of interest, whose side would you prefer I was on?
Wise wordsThey are, they just aren't alone!
Wise words
It seems some who now believe they are getting played by the council, suddenly also now believe SISU are on their side. What is it mentioned above "#teamsisu". I think some people could do with taking a deep breath and taking a step back.
There are three protagonists in this story right now, and two of them want my club dead, so I make no apology for being on SISUs side here. I never though I'd see the day that a despised hedge fund cared more about our club than it's own city (i.e
Council) , but that day is here. So rather than 'take a deep breath and a step back' I'll happily nail my flag to the only mast that gives me a chance of having a club to support in 3 weeks time.
Are you looking forward to the game tomorrow?Fair play mate, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Mine is that SISU would liquidate us in the blink of an eye if it suited them personally. Its happens to not suit them at the moment. However the path they are choosing (groundshare) means league 2 football with the hope of the odd promotion followed by relegation back to league 2. I don't personally believe they care one iota about us and I for one will not support their actions or be hoodwinked that they have any intention of building a stadium.
There not a dogs knob of a chance they will liquidate us as they will have nowhere to hide their deficits in the books if we don’t existFair play mate, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Did you enjoy the game today?
The only reason liquidation becomes a viable option, ie: the route that will give them the greatest return, is that there is now no chance the club and stadium will be united. Up until the point the council sold the stadium there was value in taking over the club.Fair play mate, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Very nervous to be honest. Wish we had a gentleman's agreement for JCH not to play he will be fired up and bully us. As long as we can get two we will be alright. Just hope Thomas has now found his scoring boots. Also very annoyed it's on a Sunday as it curtails the warm lager drinking a bit. How about yourself? Are you looking forward to the game tomorrow?

Now we are the least attractive takeover target in the country.
Said it many times before. Up to the point the stadium was sold all the damage done by SISU was reversible. That single act from the council is the one that will damage the club for decades to come.
You certainly should (take a step back).Wise words

History since Tuesday when you joined the forum,You might be right, however my point is, if for any reason it suited SISU to liquidate us, move us to London whatever it is. If they could and were allowed to do it they would do it. They have in my opinion absolutely no concern about CCFC or us fans. So backing SISU is a no for me, I also find it strange that anyone would after the history we have experienced
History since Tuesday when you joined the forum,
Ah Tuesday when time began
What action would you like them to take... again, genuine question. ?
Easy for the council to prove its a myth or not, show support for a new stadium and call Sisu’s bluff, if that is what it is. From what council have said, they don’t believe Sisu are serious so a low risk strategy.
To hear from some that “they’re on their side now” is ludicrous. Some people seem to have swallowed the rubbish that the Sisu PR machine is churning out far too easily. By no means are Sisu the only party to blame, but to be on their side after all they’ve done to us is very fickle indeed.
The history that doesn’t appear to be as clear as it was? They are not great, but I feel lessons have been learnt. The council on the other hand seem he’ll bent on destroying us, it is all about money and power and sod the city’s own football club, in favour of a London rugby teamYou might be right, however my point is, if for any reason it suited SISU to liquidate us, move us to London whatever it is. No issues with your comment on the Council. They clearly favour Wasps over SISU which in turn hurts us as a by product. The history that doesn’t appear to be as clear as it was?
