Scored a lot of goals for us albeit in league 2 - must be worth an enquiry so not really that silly - Robins obviously got the best out of him - in my opinion, we were a natural goalscorer short of promotion (look at all the chances we missed) - Club need to invest in a proven goalscorer and stop relying on loanees and academy players all the time

Probably correct statement, as your right, saying unrealistic in the current way we go about our business but something I don't agree on - for example, Salford now at Wembley and could be in league 2 next season paying Adam Rooney £4,000 a week a proven goalscorer so far 21 goals in 38 games for Salford - Salford directors are not stupid and they do not seem the type to throw money with no return - they are investing for the future which we need to follow suit
Salford are spending huge money to get out of the National League. That, alongside the medias massive love in with them, means they are disliked league wide

Reading the Hibs fans site some are saying he is not getting the service but a lot are not happy - also currently Hibs have no permanent manager - Mcnulty is quoting everything is up in the air and he has to report back to Reading with three years left on his contract

Absolutely the correct way to go but you need a mix of young up and coming players and experience particularly in the goalscoring department - Jordy is our top goalscorer with 12 goals - there is where the issue is

Majority of the national league 10 clubs players are ex-league players - The Salford board have a few quid between them but the main owner is very astute and will want a return at some point

All well and good until it becomes a problem, the same as Orient paying Darius Henderson close to 10k a week.

Why can Reading getting attendances 14000 + and we get attendances of 12000 + and they can afford to give McNulty a 4-year contract - Potentially if we had kept McNulty and he kept his scoring rate up in league 1 - more than likely we would have been in the top 2 and playing before crowds of 20,000+ the extra 8000 on the gate would have paid for McNulty wages with plenty of change

Imagine if they hadn't have got promoted when they were paying stupid wages in the Championship.

They really aren't. They made losses of 38 million in their Championship promotion year. All your points are just advocating clubs spending more than they can afford.

It's like when you see clubs in the Championship making losses of about £20m a year. The owners will only ever cover so much until they don't want to any more, then shit hits the fan and people whinge about football and bad owners.
Would have thought it was obvious. Championship teams receive about 10 times the money for tv than league one teams. Reading own the ground and rent it to a Rugby team. Even though they only average say 2000 more per game than we do that’s about another million just on tickets.
