I thought it couldn't be taken to Europe?
I wonder if this was another case of SISU attempting to force someone's hand and it backfiring. It wouldn't surprise me if SISU said to Wasps give the club a fair, long term deal at the Ricoh or we'll continue with the legals and take the battle to the European Commission.
You make that sound like it would be an unreasonable request.
What about brexit?

From what I understand, it'll make no difference as this pre-dates us leaving the EU (even if we left tomorrow). I don't pretend to be any sort of legal expert though.
The European Commission isn't a court, does Simon mean the European Court of Justice?
Literally they knew what they were doing with the last gameAll sounds like a ploy to stop the protests at the last game, and it worked! If this is to be believed, there should be a riot at the first ‘home’ game but most will sit back and accept the ground share because we were ‘forced’ out by the council and wasps. Look who the main perpetrator is again!
And those kind of bullish negotiation tactics have placed us in the shit time after time.I think Sisu have gone into talks with the angle of “give us this deal or else” wasps have probably not agreed and this is now to force their hand plenty of twists and turns yet I feel.
Fooled us all...Literally they knew what they were doing with the last game
Polite reminder that ACL/CCC tried to buy the Cunts in 2011/2012 a whole year before Sixfields, thanks. All sounds like a ploy to stop the protests at the last game, and it worked!
