SISU have stopped legal processes as requested! EC will investigate in their own right and not at the Behest of SISU, in fact anyone who looks to have broken state aid rules in Europe will get investigated! after all this shite i hope the city fans start to demonstrate outside the RICOH on saturday

SISU haven't stopped a legal process in theory. Okay it is not through courts. But, the Eurpean Commission do make judgements on legal matters. So same script different route.

Isn't the legal process carried out by the commission?

You should have two accounts. Every time you post something I'm trying to work out what inside info is involved.
Haha was just thinking that.
I'm not believing we're ground sharing until better days has stated it....

So to sum up:
Wasps say legal action must be stopped
Legal action stops
Two year deal agreed
Wasps change the requirements to 'all proceedings surrounding acquisition and ownership of the Ricoh'

Absolute c**ts. That has never been the requirement.

Interestingly Reid is reporting that the EC is investigating which suggests to me they aren't dismissing it out of hand and feel there is something that requires investigation. Again I'm not comfortable with blackmail being used to avoid scrutiny of the actions of public bodies using taxpayers money.

Gilbert has been played like a fiddle and in his desperation to get some sort of 'exclusive' and get one over on Reid he hasn't stopped to think why he's being fed certain information or the damage making it public could do.
SISU still perusing same script via different route. Commission not a court but can still judge on legal matters. So not much changed.

SISU at pains to point out its vs CCC and nawt to do with WASPs. So what's the problem?

This is what Gilbert needs to be asking

Yes so same result....but if you want to split hairs to suit your agenda. You could argue the SISU legal team carry out the legal process not SISU. SISU are still perusing a legal outcome, so nothing has changed. Just my view without blaming anybody. Have no time for SISU Wasps CCC or any of the other players past or present to be honest.

The result is only if they even find anything wrong to even start an investigation isn't it? They may well just throw it straight out without investigating if they find nothing wrong.

It's not a legal process and it's not against wasps so ccfc are not in breach of their agreement to open talks

Can you imagine any other scenario where a possible guilty party would blackmail the victim to not report a crime and people would be ok with it?

Just seen the statement by CCFC, so what is the problem for the London scumbags? The whole thing between CCC and Wasps stinks.

Of course. But still a process with the potential of a legal outcome. So no different from a pending court case. Nick I know you are not that thick.

Easy question for you then. What court is hearing the case and who is the claimant and who is the defendant?

I assume Otium, Avro or SISU must be the claimant and Wasps the defendant else the conditions Wasps placed on talks have been met. Can you confirm?

I suggest you 're read my post and others. They are still pursuing a legal outcome. You are just splitting hairs.
