The only thing I'd say to those of you saying rip his contract up (and I do tend to agree with the sentiment) you wouldn't be saying that if it was Bayliss because of his value and the first team game, we'd all accept an apology. In a way our double standards therefore are no different to all those many are complaining about in the Danny Baker/Jo Brand issue. I'd say it depends on his previous behaviour around the club - the management team will know that.

If good, final warning, give him the chance to put it right.

If bad, off he goes.

Personally it would make no difference to me whether it was Bayliss or Hickman behaving like that, I don't know either of them personally but I doubt Bayliss is capable of behaving like that. Bayliss making it into the first team must have been about attitude as much as ability. Kyle Reid posted about his expensive new car just after joining us, he was never accepted by most supporters after that despite having the skill, and that was nowhere near as bad.
