I'm getting really annoyed with all this. We are signing far too many players. Grrr!!

these 3 year contracts are not good ideas

Pros and cons, innit. Cons = they might be shit, we might get promoted and need better players and are lumbered with them, and managers don't tend to stay around that long so it hampers a new guy in building his own team. Pros = more stability for us, players are more likely to sign because they have stability, we get a good sale value if they have a stonking season.

We had 3 that never worked put last season and managed to get them both moved on

I've seen all 8 of his goals from lasts season, some impressive goals.

He's a CM who gets in the box late and scores some goals a poacher would be proud of. I'm v happy with this signing!

Anyone seen his interview? Tynan wasn’t joking when he said he’s not bright.

Nah it will be 4-2-3-1 I think.
Without a top class number 10 I worry we’ll struggle with it. It barely worked last year until Bright came in. Maybe Kastaneer can do it. I wonder if we might try 4-3-3 with Allen, Kelly and Bayliss across the middle? There’s certainly the flexibility to try some variations with the squad put together so far.

I hate the fact we are signing decent players for once... what’s going on here!

I suspect there are a few more surprises to come.

We’d need Bayliss and/or Allen to really get forward in a 4-3-3 otherwise our striker would be alone up there like at the beginning of last season.

I think Bayliss can play there and I think that's what MR will try if Bayliss isn't sold.

Burton fans seemed pretty pissed off to lose this lad which is a good sign.

Got to be pleased with this one, right age, good experience, tall lad, as for Bayliss I think he’d make a real good number 10 given the chance.
Wonder if there’s more to come, been no loans yet, imo still need another striker.
