Not sure if I'm just looking for it but he looks so disappointed when he's talking about Championship interest.
Where's our body language expert?
Exactly. But some people seem to genuinely believe he had offers from Championship clubs and turned them down to go to Sunderland as its such a big club!Nothing materialised from the Championship so he’s taken the highest paying L1 club.

How, mate?Feel like it was nothing but rumour and speculation. Such rumours made by people who clearly thought he was good enough, like myself.
Anyway, looks like David Meyler had his own snakey part in this.
Indeed, but the comparison was McFad v Willis. We don't know if the young ones will make it or not, we do know Willis is already more than competent at this level, probably the one above, and is young enough to improve further.
I actually think hyam is the better defender myself
That’s certainly not an outrageous view. Personally, I believe Hyam will go on to a better CB given that he’s 1-2 years younger than Willis.
Fans are the same everywhere tbhAs far as I know there are no plans for more investment at this stage.
There are some right dribblers on that forum who don’t want to give the current owners a chance even though they’ve basically turned a complete financial basket case of a club around in the space of a year.
They’ve put the club on really sound financial footing, which is what was needed after years of excess under Ellis Short.
For some reason there are people on that forum who expect us to be chucking money about like there’s no tomorrow whilst we are in League 1, they don’t seem to want to acknowledge that is what got us into such a mess in the first place.
Biggest rivals? Have a day offI will not clap the lad back if he does the whole coming over to the Cov fans at the begining or end of the game routine.
He was someone I respected as a committed loyal player. Had he gone up a league u can see why he would leave. But no, he has cashed in with our biggest rivals in this division very contemptible outcome.
Dom Hyam the ‘average’ player who won Player of the Season, Players Player and the Player of the season from 4 of our supporters club.Hyam is ok at this level but he’s nothing special. He’s average.

Bang average that fella.

Bit of a stretch. Think he’s very good myself.
I don't think he's even guaranteed first choice this season tbh, i get the feeling it is Rose and McFadzean although that'd be harsh on HyamHe’s competent enough at this level but he’s poor in physical battles and lacks any pace. He has discipline and commitment which is ok at lower levels. If we ever got promoted he’d be gone
That could be a problem then. Hyam ain’t quick. Is Rose?Pretty sure McFadzean will be caught out by pace.
That he was speaking with Luton came from sources close to Jordan. Always the possibility hat Luton couldn't agree terms or got cold feet/had other irons in the fire.I thought he had agreed terms with Luton and was signing on 1st July? Or was that just a rumour and not confirmed?
The first couple of yards is in the head, you don't always need pace to deal with pace. As long as you don't drop back 5 yards deeper than everyone else like that useless Scottish centre half we had a few years ago. Name escapes me...Pretty sure McFadzean will be caught out by pace.

Out of interest you have judged him Hyam as average at this level....so who in your opinion is better?Hyam is ok at this level but he’s nothing special. He’s average.
Don't think he will be disappointed.Big loss, good player.
His whole whole dream to sign for the club, getting back where they belong, big club bollocks is dissapointing but the standard footballer moving club shite.
But in his heart of hearts he’s got to be a bit dissapointed.
They talk themselves up but sunderland are just another watford, can see us going up as much as them.
