Hi all, first post on here for me.
I moved to the area when my work relocated in 2005, I do follow my home town club and have watched them a couple of times at the Ricoh in the Jewson stand, but have decided next season to regularly attend Sky Blue games, Ive paid for my very reasonably priced season ticket (by credit card, before you ask) I bought my ST when there was still a hope of survival, but League1 will do...
I'm a football fan above all and just want to see a decent game in a decent stadium, I don't want to get involved in the politics, but reading this forum over the last few weeks, it really does look bleak, that David Conn article in the Guardian last November was a bit of an eye opener, what income does the club have? they dont profit from food/drink sales, havent paid the rent etc etc
I know nowadays its all about sustainability and living withing your means but how is the club going to do that? Do Sisu want to sell ? is anyone out there a viable option? is the club still in debt?
I really wish you all the best for the future and hope you get back up at the first attempt, do you remember the days when we'd all go to a game just to cheer our side on, mod£rn football sucks:thinking about:well done Murdoch / EPL .
my main question is whats Block 27 like ? anyone from here in there? Is there a good view of the pitch in that corner?
