Right, I've gone through all the remaining fixtures and mapped them for the current top 6.
Normal is home game
Italics away game
Red are against other top 6 teams
Blue are games against current bottom 6
We will catch up with Rotherham with games in hand after the Wycome game on 24th March.

I'm not sure we do have the toughest run in. Yes we've got 4 of the top 6 but we've also played less games.

So Peterboro only have two games against the top 6 but anything we pick up in our extra 2 fixtures extends our lead over them.

And on form Gillingham and MK away are big tests given their recent home form.

Fleetwood have got a busy couple of weeks coming up and then finish 8 days before everyone else.

Soccerstats has us with the most difficult run in based on remaining opponent’s average points per game. Peterborough have the easiest of the top 6

No ones talking about Oxford. But they are back on form.

They definately in running for top 6.

They still have to play Southend twice! And Bolton 2nd last game of season.

I've seen it said many times that we perform better against the top teams. But out of 10 games played against the current top nine, I think we've only won 3. Only one defeat though, so very respectable, with a ppg of 1.8. So we've performed well against the top sides, but not 'better' as some suggest.

It's going to be a tough old slog. If we don't get the points we don't deserve to get the automatics though, the best teams win the majority of games.

Brilliant info - just screenshot this on my phone.
Think Wycombe will probably drop out of the top 6 over the next 3 weeks as they only have 1 game to play whereas Fleetwood are Sat/Tues non stop - the top end of the table will keep changing so let’s just hope we stick around the top 2!

I can see the logic in separating out the top 6 as opponents, but Portsmouth and Oxford are as difficult as any other games

Rotherham have lost a few matches this season so have a knack of losing the odd game here and there, we have to hope it happens a couple more times this season.
Sunderland seem to be hitting form now but have a difficult 5 game run in for me with posh and Rotherham.

I don't know it's at the point now where we just have to hope we keep pulling the results out the bag and stay with the pack until we have 5 left

Portsmouth are only 2 points behind Peterborough and have 2 games in hand, so in reality are probably higher up the table than Peterborough
