If the league follow the rules & protocol the clubs wanting to take action on the league & clubs won’t have an argument

Why is the vote next week ?
FFS Friday lunch gives them 1.5 days to resolve .
It's going to be a lovely weekend.

I said this some time ago. If the EFL articles stated that any club taking legal action against the EFL then they would not be allowed to compete when the season starts.

How many needed to carry either motion? If its just 51% eg 12 teams from 23 then nothing to worry about.

Feels a bit like the EFL are pushing it subtly. PPG or carry on. They know that probably enough clubs are in no position to resume. Be done with it.

Was it you that put up the simulated table or was it some bet 365 tool
Think it put us 78% 1st and around 90% for promotion.

It works in the same way but it has become commonplace to leave out writing the probability factor if you tie the timeframe of games to games played instead of timestamping each of the games for the season.

Its a simplification. The RD only goes down now instead of partially increasing or decreasing for times between games.

It always tickles me because you can tell what sort of background the person is coming from by the way they lay out their figures.

For a chess rating system, no one in chess uses it in the way that is being shown by academia.

Edit.

So instead of having probabilities of where you might finish it's just getting to be commonplace to know the more games you play, the less your rating will move about.

This works especially well when you are playing regular fixtures like in a league setting.

You can see this in the animated bar chart below with the range of possibilities you can score getting less the more games that you play.

RD is important but it can be hidden away out of sight in this sort of setting.

Quick tip: This is how to know who are the newbies or not, on the way this information is set out. :D

Yes that’s my thinking how it looks they know teams can’t afford it hence why league 2 finished mate all comes down to money port vale were 1 point off play offs and agreed to end season, look at Burton I know a lot of clubs will be sailing close to the wind here it’s a £300k lottery ticket so to speak

I think if we don’t finish tho some money is owed back to sky if we play the play offs that figure will come down owed to sky

Well If you’re guaranteed a spot in the play-offs then take PPG. But it depends if any of those 4 want to try and catch Rotherham for the final auto spot?

How can they assess with real confidence after such a delay .
Momentum shift highly probable IMO .

Is it just me, but apart from one tweet from a journalist, there has been no official confirmation from anyone else from the efl or any of the clubs

From Oxford mail. No more talking as a group, straight to vote.

It is also believed there will not be another conference call among the clubs.

After experiencing deadlock for so long, the process now looks like being decided by a vote only, with a deadline thought to be early next week.

I think people will be surprised about how many clubs in the PO places would want to play on, they’re going to fancy going after the top 2

We have got to where we are playing in Birmingham on shite crowds and smaller budgets than a fair number of those below. If we are forced to do it on the pitch for another 10 games, we’ll find a way.

We’ll also beat Posh in the process.

There are 6 sides that have pretty much an even chance of getting a playoff spot, for me if my club was sat there now, I wouldn't run the risk of dropping out

I would risk it I think, it’s so tight and form will be pretty much out of the window.
