Ages, months, what's the difference? I and many of my colleagues have been working round the clock to make online lessons, chase students for work, get that marked, hold pastoral meetings with everyone etc etc plus more if you like. It's a 180 flip of the established way of teaching, particularly of more practical subjects. This week is a bit lighter as remote exams are going on but I'll have around 150 to mark when they're done.
You can have a gold sticker for being pupil of the week. When you have 6 , you can have a certificate in assembly and some sweets.

See there was a question in from Coventry today .
Was it the CT ?
Mention of training and Jobs I think.
Jag?
Boris mentioned the battery technology park and investment
But what about the giga factory we've been waiting on .
Think that will go elsewhere unfortunately.

I'd be interested to know what was said but it isn't on the BBC summary page. Is there a full transcript put up of these?

I never said I was. But I haven't put down my own profession through ignorance
Haven't put it down at all. Quite the contrary. You're clearly working 80 hours a week which is commendable but unsustainable. Your choice. Teaching is about knowing what to leave out as much as much as what is required, particularly at times like these.

He doesn’t live here - and nor do his children - he renounced citizenship due to England being too racist
That's very commendable. English bastards.

I see Jeremy Hunt took apart Dido Harding today by simply asking her how many tests are coming back. She didn’t know. That’s the person that the government has put their faith in to run the test and trace system.

When they only award big jobs like this to their inner circle it’s no wonder everyone fucking useless.

Why only that? Why no pictures of the massively crowded beaches

No social distancing? And yeah I don’t think the beaches should have been opened as they were too busy.... let’s just hope all the hard work hasn’t been undone over the last couple of weeks

The shit me and my family have had to go through the last few months, to then see this shit along with those tossers on the beach. What's the fucking point. Pricks.

We’ll be back to square one in a few weeks by the looks of it! All this hard work could be for nothing because people haven’t obeyed the rules

What a strange country we live in .
So many international news segments showing coffin's and burials .
I think I've seen one shot of o morgue .
A few interviews with bereaved families And the odd clap when a hearse has been driven past colleagues .
Talk about airbrushing.

Its not subtle though, its obvious- everything up to now is not his fault, thats the message & just like was called out on here someone will get thrown under a bus. Its hard to get wound up over at this stage, because thats just "politics" & gameplaying, you'd see it in every walk of life where someone is trying to absolve themselves of responsibility, how many times have you seen a manager say that he "inherited a weak group" and all that stuff even though they've been in charge ages?

This is why Starmer needs to do something (anything?), Cummings is already yesterday's news after being the devil incarnate a week ago- just another example of how he is up against a powerhouse of a machine that- whether you like it or not- is massively efficient and is going to trample all over him unless he seriously starts understanding just what it is he is up against.

To be fair, the main thing taking attention off Cummings is a massive anti-racism protest in the US that is now global. There's no way the Tories cooked that one up. Just them once again getting very very lucky with the timing.

For many who can't be bothered with the already weak lockdown this is the chance to do that and act like a hero.

but if they are using something like Microsoft teams then it's mostly centralised and now the kids are all used to it, a lot easier.
