For years and years we have been a selling club in the lower leagues. I'm not expecting that to massively change, but now we are in the championship we should demand a bit more if good players have to go. That was one of our previous mistakes when we were in this league. I would demand 5 million.

At 5 million I'd definitely be dealing. Adding a fair bit of that to the budget would make a significant difference. I rate him as a player, just think he might be one of the easier ones to replace whilst being pretty salable.

• 30 yo Aden Flint moved between Championship Teams for £4m - due to age, it could not be any lower.
• 24 yo Adam Webster moved from Championship to Premiership for £20m - even Daniel Levy could not get that amount for Rose.

If they get promoted, and if they really want him then, sadly, he leaves.
