I want him at CB if he’s quality. Don’t want square pegs in round holes.

I still think shipperz can do a job at CDM if the worst came to the worst and we didn't sign another one (I think we will but would be a better option than our new star CB)

Got a feeling Leo is going to become a fans favourite. Supposed to be physical, likes a foul, kicks the corner flag and is a supposed cult hero at his previous loan club. All good. Kick JCH into touch v Posh on Saturday and legend status is assured.

Ostigard looks like a high quality signing. Just the kind of statement of intent that could persuade one or two more good young prospects to join. Well done MR.

outside the starting 1 we have no forwards also we have pask

Pask and Drysdale both decent, but we play 3 across the back. We'll sign another striker anyway, signing someone in a different position doesn't bar us from doing that.

Didn't know much about Ostigard before signing but I have to say I'm really excited about this one. I've mentioned in a few posts that the one area I thought we were a bit thin in terms of quality was CB and by the sounds of it, Ostigard is the real deal and certainly won't be there to make up the numbers.

On paper it really looks like our scouting department has unearthed another gem. Now for a striker and a CDM!

I agree the layer below looks weak and i am not convinced with McFaz at this level. He has some outstanding attributes but is prone to mistakes and not getting younger.

Championship experience,he’s not just got old over night he was one of the many reasons we are here don’t talk nonsense mate come on

That’s why I think a loan with a recall clause would be good for him and the club, he’s 22 and played 17 league games, he needs to play some games somewhere. Jones and Shipley are the same age and have played over 100 league games already

You can only activate recall clauses inside of transfer windows now? So that would still mean we risk him being away for 5 months leaving us very susceptible to injuries.

bawtry is quite reliable, I quite like Freddie Ladapo if he's got some Rotherham gossip. Or maybe Sheaf is signing.
Yes I had a feeling he has been reliable in the past. The flurry of news earlier did make me wonder if they were getting it out the way for some bigger news.
