Money making scheme robbed from Forest Green. Sell Mystery boxes to shift sale and old stock. They have been flogging a box of upto £70 worth of branded tat for £15 a pop. Just choose the size. They have pretty much sold out.

Forest Green Rovers (@FGRFC_Official) Tweeted:
😉 Oh FGR, always thinking outside the box!

❓Want to get your hands on official merchandise worth up to £70... for just £15? Check out our latest offer 👇

Would they consider doing a package for iFollow? Like they do with match packages. Pay up front for say 10 games and then use them when you can if you're with me? If they sold them at a slight discount then they'd probably get a few takers, money in the pot etc.

Did anyone else hear the Boddy interview yesterday I think it was? Did I hear him say when asked about the new ground/relationship between the club and Warwick University that he is nit really involved in that. Seems a bit odd that the Chief executive of a football club isn’t involved in a major issue such as that?
Also did I hear him say “If and when the ground is built”? 🤔
Not sure that is a great quote if they want people to believe their flying pigs story.

The real question to ask Mr Boddy is does he attend board of director meetings and if not does he receive the minutes of those meetings.

I’ve a pretty good idea what the answer is

Great timing Grendel. Just when we need to pull together you seek to drive a wedge again. Can you not see how counter productive that would be?
Why I agree with him.
Were not all on here for likes you know, saying what we think people want to hear.

Never thought I'd say this but Go Grendel.

This is a busted flush - I’m bored with it - you have to in the end accept this club cannot and never can progress with these owners now. I think we will stay up but without a change it’s going nowhere and if we go down we are heading for oblivion

The Boddy question is actually an important one as it shapes the questions that are worth asking

Pete can you please confirm if Mr Boddy attends board meetings in advance of this meeting so we understand if this is a strategic meeting or just the operational type of thing Jonathan Strange fronted

This is important

What’s progress? Are you genuinely saying the club hasn’t progressed since robins took over as manager?
I’m not saying there aren’t issues but are you genuinely saying the club hasn’t progressed?

It’s colin Henderson that is the chair. It’s a supporters forum to talk about the football club and identify ways to grow the club and relationships with the fans and to ask questions respectfully

Just give me details of the questions you think are appropriate, bearing in mind that word respect, basing them around if he does attend directors meetings and if he doesn’t if that would be helpful

I’d also counsel that we are talking to Dave Boddy and other members of the club rather than the owners. It may be possible to get another discussion with the owner we haven’t tried. That means there are certain decisions that the club are responsible for and others that the owners are.

I’m not into wasting my time asking questions that can’t be answered

Whilst I fully appreciate the need for a stadium/home, why is it logical for a business (CCFC) to take on potentially large amounts of debt to build a stadium? How is that economically viable?

Is it just another year that we have agreed with Birmingham to play at st Andrews or have discussions taken place to extend?

The original deal was 3 years I believe. Think there are clauses that allow us to move back to Coventry without penalty each summer.

I suppose have we discussed the possibility of staying beyond next season assuming we aren't back in Coventry.

Will supporters get any input into next years kit design or had it already been chosen? (Like last year)

1.Who is in charge of the club shop from a design and buyer perspective. Are they connectable?

2. Do the club have any updates on the European Commission review? (I understand if that question is more owner level)

3. Could the club organise a summer party (covid allowing) to replace the JSB Christmas party? Outdoor and limited numbers so it's time slots. We need to think of the next generation of fans and keeping them engaged, safely.

4. With Zoom etc can the club put up a player each week for "ask....name of player" and each week there is a player answering fans pre prepared questions for 15 mins.

I know there's a disclosure block on the ricoh but feel if the club could tell us the sticking piont of getting back to the ricoh.
The new stadium when is application for planning permission being submitted.
If relegated will the club stick with robins

Can we hire better product designers for the tat in the shop? What about a revenue share with independent designers who could submit stuff to be sold in the shop?

We’ve got lots of talented designers in the fan base (as well as that bloke who made the Robins flag).
