I just don’t know what Robins sees in his selection or the formation he wants them to play . But on the sidelines he looks happy with what’s going on !!!!
I think he’s a league 1 manager at best and our players are league 1 .. maybe I think we should be better than what we are capable of.
Maybe the objective is to just stay up this season and try and kick on afterwards .
Which seems more sensible as our rise has been quite quick and we don't have the funds available to put together a proper championship outfit over the course of 2 windows

The more I see us at this level, the more I question if Robins is up to it... it's been like this now for many games, not improving and very predictable.

I don't want him gone if we get relegated.

I can fully understand the opinion of people saying they would want rid come the end of the season if we get relegated.

Can't understand people wanting rid now really. We knew what this season would be like. A new manager is hardly a guarantee of no relegation and I can't think of anyone who would be better other than Kenny Jackett.

I’ve calmed down now. No point in sacking him straight away but he is on the clock now.

8 games to show he’s at the level and that doesn’t just mean scraping by because other teams are shitter than our shitness.

I dont think its unreasonable for people to give him till the end of the season, but if we get relegated he should get sacked.
But as pointed out we'd be letting go of a manager who has a promotion from that league .. surely better to give until December of that season and if we aren't in the top 6 then yea ...pull the trigger

I actually think keeping him if we get relegated could be sensible as he’d have a good chance of getting us back up.

If we manage to stay up by the skin of our teeth without any improvement just because Blues or Rotherham lose all their games then we should seriously think if anybody could do a better job.

Hopefully he will have learnt from today.

Shipley isn’t good enough or fit enough for this league I thought he was lucky to be kept on after the league two promotion it is now embarrassing when he is on the pitch.

Walker has to start and have a partner.
O’Hare must start.

Godden & walker with O’Hare at 10 is the only way he can fly here on in

If we lose every game then that's a different argument ..

Yeah the only manager to get us relegated from the top flight would be perfect. We were 18th in the Championship when he left with a much superior squad.
Let’s get one thing straight right now Mark robins won’t ever manage in the prem or internationally 😝

I don't disagree with your points at all. Team is basically L1 standard with about 3.5 / 4.5 championship level players but we could have done slightly better.

It's a very difficult situation on what's is best to do. Mark Robins has done wonders and whatever happens I will always be thankful to MR. .If we have gained another 4/5 points from somewhere in all of our games this season, we would be viewing things slightly differently. We were so close to staying up but I sense we are drifting downwards totally at the wrong time.

So much depends on current Coventry City current owners. No-one can be sure on their agenda and their true / main aims. One thing I do have confidence in though, SISU will do what they think will suite them.

Lets hope for a win on Monday but it really is a tricky one to decide what is the best to do right now.

I know you know about football Craig ! Whitefield Sky Blue army.
