At the World Cup Capello seemed to just completely lose it and became a control freak. The no ketchup rule being the height of neuroticism.

Spain are playing so wide, Sweden need to resist chasing them and just defend the width of the box, try and double up or at least outnumber Spain in the danger areas. Also just stick your fastest striker on the half way line and try and get him behind, even if he doesn't score you can push your defence up 15 yards and let Spain try and and pass through again.
