Funnily enough I had a conversation with the head of England's coaching team whilst doing a course with the FA, and she used to tell off Joe Hart about it constantly and the response was, well if anything goes wrong you are there to save me. She basically said that the players try and do it for concentration (flaky evidence at best), and they know medical professionals will be there to save them thanks to their position.

Certainly growing into one. A bit like O'Hare in that the finish isn't always there but both of them are developing very quickly. Bargain signing based on this season's performances.
